
35 new Covid-19 cases were confirmed by the Ministry of Health (MOH) on 29 April, with 16 of them local cases in the community.

This actually marks the 4th consecutive day Singapore is seeing reported local cases.
7 of the community cases are family members of a 38-year-old Singaporean man working as an ICA officer at Changi Airport Terminal 1 who tested positive for the coronavirus on Tuesday.
They were placed on quarantine earlier.
8 others are linked to the previously reported of infections at a Tan Tock Seng Hospital ward, where one of the infections was a fully vaccinated nurse.

This takes Singapore’s total Covid-19 case count to 61,121.
