The Ministry of Sustainability and Environment (MSE) had approved these outlets to reopen as they have changed their operations to food and beverage.

They have also implemented more Safe Management Measures (SMM) and passed the required inspections.

Establishments that do not pass the inspections will not be allowed to reopen until they fulfil the inspection criteria at a later date.

The employees in these establishments would be required to go for a single polymerase chain reaction test and authorities have to approve before they are allowed to reopen.

Only the main hall can be used for the F&B operations and private rooms have to remain locked and not used for whatever purpose.

Blackout windows and opaque doors will no longer be allowed and the interior must be made clearly visible to the passersby outside.

SafeEntry Gateway is also compulsory for the entrance and the exits of the establishments.

Employees are also required to be tested once every week at Health Promotion Board Testing Centers.
