A 25-year-old man was arrested for his suspected involvement of molesting a woman at Tampines Ave 5. The incident happened on the 28 Aug 2020. The police were alerted to a case of molestation at 12.15 pm by a female victim.
After investigations, the police established the identity of the suspect and arrested him on 14 Sep 2020.
The man was charged in court today (16 Sep) with the outrage of the modesty of a woman. If convicted, the man could face two years of imprisonment, a fine or caning or any combination of the three.
