A video emerged online showing a huge group of cyclists riding on the road and hogging the entire third lane of the road.

There were about 25 cyclists clustered together and riding together, and there was a bicycle lane beside them but they were seen cycling on the road lane instead.
The netizen who shared the video, said:
“Happens every Saturday around 8am Changi Coastal bro. Look how big group and they don’t even cycle at the bicycle lane provided.”
Potential penalties
According to the LTA regulations, with effect from 1 Jan 2022, cycling groups must not exceed the maximum length of 5 bicycles (or ten cyclists when riding two abreast where permitted).
