A video emerged online showing an elderly man throwing what appears to be rice out of his HDB unit’s window.
The video begins with the old man standing by the side of his window and fiddling with something behind the window grilles.
Moments later, he was seen picking up what appears to be rice from his kitchen counter and throwing it out of his window and onto the ground floor.
He repeated his actions before resting his elbows on his windowpane and looking out of his window.
