He said that he asked the waitress how much was the medium crab, and was told that it was $29 and after GST it would be $31.03.

So he ordered 3 of the crabs for $93.09, but he later found out that he was charged $124.10 instead, and when he went back to see the boss and/or manager, the restaurant allegedly refused to let him see them.

Here is what he said

I went to House of Seafood at punggol point on 04/09/2022 at 7.00pm to celebrate my wife’s birthday.

When I reached I asked the waitress one medium crab how much she told me $29 then I asked her any hidden charged? she said no, so I ordered 3 Crabs from her, and went to the cashier to pay for the bill.

when I asked the cashier how much, he replied $29 plus GST, actually, the crab was $31.03 each, then that was alright.

I think the waitress might not sure about the GST, so I don’t mind to pay for the GST.

later I gave my credit card to the cashier to settle the bill of 3 crabs, that would be the price $93.09 but then I was overlooked, receipt was wrongly charged.

when I went home halfway, I noticed 3 crabs bill were $124.10 incorrectly charged so I quickly rushed back to the restaurant to see the boss or manager but they refused to let me see them, which made me very unhappy.

I felt like the cashier has a intention to cheat me, my receipt is attached,

PS: After lots of arguments and rebate and all sorts of excuses the waitress paid me $31 cash. I did not know paid by waitress or the company. but I still felt that they had intention to cheat me.
