An accident took place on the Nicoll Highway on 8 September involving a GetGo car-sharing vehicle, a taxi and another car.
The GetGo rental car, a red coloured Macda 3, was seen in photos that emerged online of the accident being upside down on the road following the accident.
A man was also seen sitting down inside the overturned vehicle, with cyclists and other passers-by, including what appears to be the other driver, assessing the wreckage.
A man was also heard in the video speaking in hokkien, saying that he saw the driver hitting the man and the cyclist.
The Singapore Police Force confirmed that they were elerted to an accident that happened along Nicoll Highway heading towards Guillemard Road on 8 September at about 5.59am involving a taxi and two other cars.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force said that a 31-year-old male driver and a 32-year-old male passenger were conveyed to Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
At the time of writing, police investigations into the incident are ongoing.
