A netizen shared his dashcam footage of a middle aged man emerging from between two parked vehicles at a carpark and walking past his car.

The man then pulled the netizen’s car’s wipers and damaged it for seemingly no reason, before leaving the scene.
A police report was lodged by the owner of the damaged car and he was purportedly informed that he had to make a magistrate complaint before further action can be taken.
The incident happened on 15 September at about 10.51pm, at a multi-storey carpark at Sengkang East Way.

- This guy is a sick in the mind! Should go all out and go to magistrate if you have to. Though owning a license has nothing to do with this if camcar takes it to magistrate who knows the magistrate may take away his license just to ensure man with sick mind shouldn’t even hold a driving license to drive on the road! Again two different matters but who knows.
