HDB UNIT IN PASIR RIS RENTING OUT ONLY THE TOP BUNK OF A ROOM FOR $600/MTH

A HDB unit in Toa Payoh posted a peculiar listing on Carousell, renting out only the top bunk of a room for $600 per month.

The owner of the unit posted a photo of the room, with what appears to be a bunk bed beside another single bed and a table in the middle.

The landlord said that the potential tenant would have to be okay with living with 5 cats in the home, and will be sharing the room with 2 other tenants.

At the time of the “bed” rental listing, there was already one tenant living there, and the description of the Carousell listing stated:

Staying with landlord, no kids, 5 cats.

5. Sharing with five cats? H.D.B flat owners are not allowed to keep more than two cats or not even allow to keep cat at all if I am not wrong.
