TikTok user Esther Li (@estzxxx) shared how she dared her friend in Singapore to meet her and her husband in Thailand for dinner, which the man gamely accepted.
He accepted their dare and flew to Bangkok for a short 12-hour dinner trip with them, before flying back to Singapore.
Esther shared that they dared him to fly over to Bangkok on 12 February to meet them for dinner, and the man became the very epitome of the Singlish word “sibei steady”, flying over to meet them.
He touched down from his flight at 8pm to join them for dinner before flying off the next morning at 8am.
He was seen in the TikTok video buying something from a convenience store in Bangkok, and walking on the streets with their buys of the day.
Esther captioned her video, “When SG Chatukchak is way too packed. So you fly to Bangkok for the real one.”
