The worker seemed like he passed out on the train, could be due to fatigue or due to alcohol intoxication. But we cannot be too quick to pass judgement. After all, they are the ones who keep Singapore the way it is and are helpful when you need help the most.
As for our citizens, should you feel annoyed when you see actions like these, please do talk to them nicely and they will comply. No one wants to go home feeling like crap, after all.
