An 11-year-old girl who was reported missing in Sabah, Malaysia, has been found dead three days after her disappearance, prompting a murder investigation and the arrest of two men.
The victim, identified as Nurjilya Abdullah, had been missing since July 13. Her disappearance sparked concern among family members and local residents as authorities searched for clues regarding her whereabouts.
The tragic case took a grim turn on July 16 when police received information from members of the public that led them to a body discovered near a house that was under construction.

According to local reports, the girl’s body was found in an advanced state of decomposition.
Investigators believe she may have died after suffering blunt force injuries to her face and the back of her head. The injuries were reportedly caused by a hard object, although authorities have yet to reveal further details about the circumstances surrounding her death.
The victim’s mother later identified her based on the clothes she was wearing when she went missing.

Two Men Detained
Police have arrested two men aged 39 and 42 in connection with the case.
Reports indicated that the 39-year-old suspect is an undocumented individual, while the 42-year-old is a Malaysian citizen.
