Are Debit Cards totally unsafe?
UOB hotline Operator Claims that it’s a Fraud and it’s beyond their control?

This account Holds All my Savings. It has a debit card attached to it which I use for depositing money.
I have never used this card for any online transaction.
1.) How did the Hackers (according to what the hotline Operator claims to be responsible .)
Get my 16 number CVV and expiry date when I have never ever input into any websites.
2.) UOB says there’s nothing they can do? So is my lifetime savings safe?

3.) Should a police report be lodged? Or should any action be taken against the bank?

PS: The Hacker Just used it again bringing the total damage to $200 in 2 days.
