The Animal Care Organization received a video stating that the man put four or five dogs into the big drain of gushing water during the day and hurriedly reported to the authorities. The authorities later discovered that the dog owner said he was letting the dogs have a swim and is currently investigating.

According to the “Chained Dog Awareness In Singapore” of the Dog Association, the incident occurred at about 11 am yesterday at a gutter near the upper part of the old Thomson Road.
The authorities said that:
“After our inspection, we found that the dogs in the video belongs to the men and they are currently in good condition. We thank the public for their attention to the safety of pet dogs.”
