A video of a Vietnamese couple taking photos without a mask had been circuiting on social media.

According to the law, all residents in Singapore are required to wear a mask while out in the public during the circuit breaker. Anyone caught without wearing a mask will be fine for $300 and $1000 for repeat offenders.
