MARSILING HAWKER CENTRE AMONG 4 NEW PLACES VISITED BY INFECTED COVID-19 PATIENT

According to the Ministry of Health, 4 new public places has been announced visited by infected COVID-19 patients between 26 Jun to 28 Jun 2020.

4 locations are:

1. Marsiling Lane Market & Cooked Food Centre
2. Sheng Siong Supermarket at 506 Tampines Central 1
3. Supermarket at 201B Tampines Street 21
4. Chang Cheng Mee Wah Coffeeshop at the Northlink Building

Time and date of visit:

The Ministry of Health has confirmed that the McDonald’s outlet located at Tampines Mart was visited by infected COVID-19 patient on 28 Jun 2020 instead of 25 Jun 2020 as reported earlier.

Those people identified as close contact has been notified.

Precautionary measure:

“Persons who had been at these locations during the specified timings should monitor their health closely for 14 days from their date of visit,” it said.

They should see a doctor promptly if they develop symptoms of acute respiratory infection (such as cough, sore throat and runny nose), as well as fever and loss of taste or smell, and inform the doctor of their exposure history.”
