Sembawang will soon be home to the up and coming Canberra Plaza, which will be connected directly to Canberra MRT Station.

Canberra Plaza will be home to 70 commercial units and also houses a small water play park, a community plaza and learning spaces.
Notable businesses at the upcoming mall included Ya Kun, McDonald’s, KFC, Starbucks, Pho Street as well as Daiso and A&W (their third outlet after its Jewel Changi Airport and Ang Mo Kio Centre outlets).
Canberra plaza is the newest addition to the North, which already boasts Sembawang Shooping Centre, Sun Plaza and Northpoint City.
