According to a media release, a fire has broke out at Block 4 Beach Road on 14 Nov 2020.

It was reported that the fire broke out at a unit located on the 16th floor. According to a resident, thick smoke was seen rising up into the sky. Several police cars and fire engines were spotted on the scene.
According to the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), they were alerted to the fire incident yesterday (14 Nov) at 9.40 pm. 50 people were evacuated from the block and no injuries were reported. Investigations on the fire are ongoing.
