The famous home furniture shop, IKEA, will be opening its JEM outlet in April 2021, taking over as the main tenant in JEM.

IKEA at JEM will be its third outlet in Singapore other than their Tampines outlet and Alexandra Outlet.
West siders used to travel some distance just to buy furniture from IKEA or even enjoy their food. They were famous for their meatballs and chicken wings.
Now, people who stay in the west will not have to travel far to enjoy the food and buy furniture.
But they will not be having a children’s play area in the new outlet.
