Two videos were recently posted on social media showing a taxi stopping in the middle of the road for a period and continued moving and stopping again.

The taxi almost knocked into a vehicle on the right lane while doing so.
Not sure what was the taxi driver doing inside the taxi but it was a dangerous act by him.
