BURNED FOOD, FEEDBACK TO KFC BUT KFC TELL YOU TO GO FIND GRAB FOOD

Man orders KFC meal from Westmall ends up with 1 set of (chao tah) burned wrap. Initially, when the matter was brought up to KFC. KFC informed the customer to feedback to grab and Grab pushed it back to KFC.

Ordered 2 Twister Wraps from Westmall KFC thru Grabfood platform (GF-520F). 1 set was badly burnt on both sides, while the other was under-filled. Emailed KFC bout e matter, but was directed to send a feedback to Grabfood instead !! seemed both tried to push the matter to one another !!Totally DISAPPOINTED !!Updated : Service Recovery done this morng 15/6 by WM KFC Manager Nicole.
