
Man orders KFC meal from Westmall ends up with 1 set of (chao tah) burned wrap. Initially, when the matter was brought up to KFC. KFC informed the customer to feedback to grab and Grab pushed it back to KFC.

But luckily, the KFC manager to the rescue and the customer was compensated

“Ordered 2 Twister Wraps from Westmall KFC thru Grabfood platform (GF-520F). 1 set was badly burnt on both sides, while the other was under-filled.
