FLOODING AT PUNGGOL AFTER HEAVY RAIN, PUB WARNS OF FLASH FLOODS

It has been a very wet morning and the rain has not stopped for some areas since last night.

Many videos have been posted on social media after the heavy rain, A car was seen driving on flooded roads in Punggol.

Yesterday(July 12) PUB posted a Facebook post warning of potential flash floods.

Due to heavy rain, water levels in drains and canals have reached 90% in these areas. Risk of flash floods. Please avoid the following areas for the next 1 hour. #sgflood
