ANG MOH CYCLIST PLAYING WITH HIS LIFE, CYCLING ON BUSY EXPRESSWAY

A netizen, Ooi Keng Nam, shared a photo of an ang moh cyclist putting himself adn others in danger by cycling on a busy expressway.

The incident happened on the ECP heading towards Changi Airport on 13 July at about 6.30pm, and was taken from another passing vehicle.

Ooi captioned his photo (SIC):

“Today spotted a Ang Mio cycling at ECP towards Changi Airport time around 18.30pm Exit Tg Katong
He think he can speed up to 90km/HR”

Potential penalties

It is an offence to ride bicycles and electronic bikes on the expressways, persons caught riding bicycles on the expressways face a fine of $150.
