GUY SAYS HE’S A PSYCHOPATH BUT BLENDING IN WITH SOCIETY

0

I’m a psychopath and manage it well.
Before you judge, in which I’m guessing it’ll happen lol google psychopath. Because people often confuse psychopath and sociopath. They are not the same.

I’ve never told anyone this, not family not friends.

Backstory… I didn’t grow up conventional. Like really unconventional. Though nobody has a normal life…mine was different. When i tell people and they meet my family. Their eyes widen and i can see in their expression that they don’t know how to feel. Generally most people accept it. The ones that don’t, well grew up normal lol.

I was a pretty chill and calm kid. I didn’t grow up in violence. But it was pretty normalized within my family. In the sense i was taught to stand up for myself. I took that pretty literally as a kid. If you have to fight, do what you have to do to win. If that meant taking a pipe to their legs, well you gotta do it. But i was told never to start fights.

I was tormented by the other kids and I learned a lot from it. I was also taught the world is a cruel place. It’s not all sunshine and rainbows. I was very perceptive and acknowledged this as a reality.

I noticed i was different when I was about 7 years old. I didn’t really like to talk a lot. I didn’t really realize until i was older that i didn’t have a tolerance for others. Like family would talk to me and I remember thinking to my self will they shut up, i don’t care. Aunts, uncles, cousins, etcetera…they would call me shy because i didn’t talk. I just didn’t have patience for their crap. I would just play along , nod, fake laugh, so on.

I didn’t feel for friends really. I was always the odd duck. Even within my family i was odd. I don’t even recall how i made friends. It didn’t make sense to me but i oddly fit in the popular crowds. I didn’t help i was an attractive kid. I really hated all of the attention, it would drive me insane. I would just conform because i saw thats what other kids wanted. So i would copy my friends to fit in the best i could. Honestly didn’t really care for them or anyone.

It was hard for me to care about my family and friends as the years went on. To the point that i just didn’t care if i didn’t keep in contact. Generally speaking, they all contact me. Otherwise i wouldn’t bother.

I noticed i could use my lack of emotion to my advantage. I picked up on this in maybe 8th or 9th grade. I would manipulate others for my gain. I was really good at it. They still have no idea the things i would do for my benefit. Yet i could easily hide i was lying to them. I would recreate emotions through many hours of practice. I would watch others. Whether it was anger, crying, happiness, sadness etcetera.. i would mimic their behavior.

I would keep my violent thoughts in my head because i acknowledged there are consequences. I would have these thoughts and I would never act out on them.

When i hit maybe my young adulthood, i really noticed i had no regard for others. I could care less about people and their feelings. That i was so intrigued i joined psychology class because i wanted to see if i could figure out what was wrong with me. I learned so much about the human brain. I had textbooks full of knowledge i could use. I would emulate different behaviors. It was amazing to me.

Within all of this time i did have a plethora of relationships with girls. Dated popular girls, hooked up with older women, one of my girlfriend’s moms., i liked the pleasure of intercourse. I did end up getting married. I oddly was able to care about someone. I dunno maybe because she was someone so different than myself. Though i do slip up from time to time for not having emotions for certain things i do my best to make her happy. We have four children together who I’d absolutely die for . It was like a switch flipped when i had them. That i could actually care for something that i developed really real feelings for their mother. That if anyone hurt her, i would put their hand in a blender.

I hide myself pretty well. People just think I’m that quiet guy who keeps to himself. It has it’s pros and cons. I have to remind myself to tell my wife things, give her compliments, act in manners i see as pointless. But i do care and love her.

It’s been quite the life. Just blending in.

TAIWAN SUPERMARKET GONE WILD, WORKERS HAVING ‘HAPPY TIME’ IN THE STORE

0

A recent video circulated online, showing what appeared to be an intimate moment between a man and a woman inside a supermarket in Taiwan. The man’s clothing seemed peculiar at first glance, but it was revealed that a woman was hidden within his attire. The man was seen occasionally making inappropriate actions by holding the woman’s head under his clothes.

The incident took place in a supermarket located in Beitun District, Taichung. The man periodically opened his clothing to reveal the hidden woman, making gestures that were deemed inappropriate.

The video, which seemed to show intimacy, drew attention from passersby outside the store. However, investigations by the police confirmed that the two individuals were engaging in playful behavior and not displaying affectionate conduct.

Upon scrutiny by the company’s headquarters, it was verified that the two individuals involved were supermarket employees. Subsequently, the company terminated their employment, citing severe damage to the company’s image due to their actions during work hours.

The Fifth Police Precinct highlighted that regardless of the voluntary or involuntary nature of their actions, such behavior might constitute public indecency. Additionally, those who shared the video could potentially face charges related to disseminating indecent materials, prompting further investigation and accountability.

It’s essential to note that the spread of indecent content is a criminal offense according to the law in Taiwan. Individuals involved in creating, possessing, or disseminating such content can face legal repercussions.

The incident depicted playful behavior between the employees but was considered inappropriate during work hours, resulting in their dismissal and legal consequences for the video’s dissemination.

BLUESG USER CHARGED $9.2K FOR HITTING MOTORBIKE AT “WALKING SPEED”, $1.2K FOR ADMIN FEE

0

In an unexpected turn of events, a BlueSG customer recently found himself facing a hefty bill of $9,200 after a minor accident.

Ryan Chow, a 24-year-old insurance agent, expressed his frustration, deeming the bill unjust and excessive. This incident has garnered significant attention and raises concerns about the fairness of such charges.

A Costly Surprise

Chow’s ordeal began when he got into an accident in June last year, where he accidentally bumped into the rear of a food delivery rider’s motorcycle while driving at a speed of less than 10km/hour in Geylang, which he described as being slower than walking.

Despite the slow speed and the fact that the rider remained unharmed, BlueSG handed Chow a bill for $9,200 in August. This bill included an $8,000 charge for a third-party damage claim and an additional $1,200 labeled as an “administration fee”.

Chow was left in disbelief, considering the extent of the damage, which he believed could be fixed for a mere $200. The exorbitant bill led him to reach out to BlueSG and request a detailed breakdown of the charges, but he allegedly received no response.

Threatens to sue him

To make matters worse, the electric car-sharing company has threatened legal action if Chow does not settle the bill within seven days. This aggressive stance added to the already growing discontent.

Ryan Chow’s case is not isolated. He was motivated to “expose” the electric car-sharing company after hearing about similar incidents from other customers. This highlights a concerning pattern that is raising questions about the company’s billing and customer relations.

Chow’s experience with BlueSG has been anything but pleasant. He noted that BlueSG and the delivery rider did not engage in direct communication regarding compensation. Instead, the rider insisted on claiming from insurance instead, leaving Chow feeling unresolved and unsatisfied.

BlueSG’s Response

In response to the allegations, the head of BlueSG’s Singapore office, Ms Jenny Lim, refuted Chow’s claims regarding the $9,200 charges. According to Lim, the $8,000 charge was for “inexperienced drivers access,” designed for claims paid by BlueSG to third parties for personal injury or property damage (the delivery rider in this situation). Lim emphasized that this fee is clearly stated in BlueSG’s terms and conditions.

Lim also mentioned that their claims team has been in communication with Chow, with the last correspondence taking place just last week.

@chowchowryan I was withholding making this video until blue SG decided to sue me and send me laywer letter. Credits to @CNA for their clip, can hmu 👍🏼 also first video with my voice LOL #BLUESG #horror #crash #car #fyp #sgfyp ♬ Beat – beaty

SG MAN INSIST ON WEARING ROLEX & GOLD TO JB, M’SIAN FRIEND TELLS HIM GOOD LUCK

0

When people are travelling, the number one priority is often safety while others prefer to be a walking ATM.

A netizen shared his concerns about travelling with a friend that insist on wearing his branded items to Johor Bahru.

Here is the story:

Thanks for accepting my submission. To make it clear, I’m a Malaysian that has been working in Singapore for over 10 years and most of my close friends are Singaporeans.

My colleague and I planned a 1 night trip to Johor and he told me to meet at his house before driving in. While I was drinking coffee at his home, he was preparing to change clothes for the trip.

I noticed he put on his Rolex and gold chain and I told him not to wear them to Johor. I’m a local johorian, even my 30-year-old Toyota has a steering wheel lock and he is wearing this that could make us a target.

He insisted on wearing them as he wanted to attract easy gold digger girls for a “good night”. I told him not to as it might bring unnecessary danger to us. But he die die want to wear, So I told him good luck and let him be.

After we arrived in Johor and check-in at a hotel, he started to doubt himself as he realised that a lot of people were staring at him shortly after he left his vehicle.

He then started to be scared as we have plans to go out for a drinks tonight, he finally removed the gold chain and rolex and placed them in a hidden compartment of his luggage.

My moral of the story is, even for local johor people we do not wear like this when going out so please remember sometimes safety is more important than how you look.

GUY’S GF GOT BOTOX AND LIP FILLERS, FEELS LIKE A DIFFERENT PERSON NOW

0

I’m less attracted to my gf because of cosmetic procedures

My girlfriend works around a lot of people who get cosmetic stuff done, and lately she’s been getting more and more procedures done and it’s slowly making me feel less physically attracted to her.

I feel really bad about it tbh because she’s just trying to do what makes her happy, but I am not a big fan of those kinds of things at all.

I’ve never tried to stop her or shame her because at the end of the day, it’s her body and her life. But I’ve noticed I am becoming increasingly less attracted to her physical appearance the more stuff she gets done.

She used to just change her hair colors and lengths frequently, which I always liked because I think being so versatile with your hair is cool.

She started getting brow work done, and then she started getting those big fluffy eyelash extensions. More recently, she’s gotten lip fillers and Botox to make her lips big, and it’s a huge turn off for me.

I haven’t said anything negative to her and I’m trying to be supportive but I’ll be completely honest I think it looks ridiculous and i hate how her lips feel when she kisses me.

They feel lumpy, swollen and like I’m kissing someone completely different and it’s weird.

Like I said, I feel like a complete jerk for finding her less attractive when she’s just trying to feel better about herself and such, but I’m really not into it and find it pretty off-putting.

Not to mention, we’re tight on money and she’s blowing them off on stuff she doesn’t even need in the first place.

PARLIAMENT PASSES BILL TO CLOSE CPF ACCOUNTS OF ABOUT 300K FOREIGNERS

0

In a significant move, the Singapore Parliament passed a bill on Monday, November 6th, to bring about changes to the Central Provident Fund (CPF) system in Singapore, according to Channel NewsAsia.

The amendments, which will come into effect from April next year, target approximately 300,000 foreigners with CPF accounts and aim to simplify the process for nominees to access CPF information of deceased members.

Key changes

The amendments to the CPF Act introduce several pivotal changes to the CPF system, with a focus on improving transparency, accessibility, and resource allocation.

  1. Access to Deceased Members’ Information
One of the most notable changes is the allowance for information related to a deceased member’s CPF account to be disclosed starting from February 1st next year. This information includes the deceased member’s CPF balances, the names of nominees, and the proportion of money to be received. Currently, such information can only be accessed if authorized by the member or through a court order.

The new process is expected to streamline and simplify the handling of deceased members’ CPF accounts, reducing the administrative burden on families during difficult times. Senior Minister of State for Manpower, Koh Poh Koon, highlighted that the CPF Board received over 3,000 requests to access deceased members’ information this year. The amendments will offer a more convenient and efficient way to address these requests by allowing electronic issuance of documents.

  1. Closing Foreigners’ CPF Accounts
Another significant change involves the closure of CPF accounts belonging to foreigners. This move is aimed at reallocating resources to better support the long-term needs of Singaporean residents. The change will limit the CPF system to Singaporean citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs).

While this measure was welcomed by Members of Parliament (MPs), it raised concerns about the potential impact on businesses and employers. Mr. Saktiandi Supaat asked whether the cessation of foreign CPF participation would lead to businesses turning away from Singaporean workers due to the absence of additional CPF contributions for foreign workers.

  1. Who Can Retain CPF Accounts During the Transition Period?
Mr. Yip Hon Weng raised a crucial question about individuals in the process of applying for Singaporean citizenship and PR status. He inquired whether they would be allowed to retain their CPF accounts during this period. Dr. Koh noted that accounts of those who have not been granted PR status by April 1st next year will be closed. However, once they obtain permanent residency, they will become part of the CPF system.
  2. Access to CPF Information
MPs also sought clarity on who would be eligible to receive the CPF information of deceased members and what specific details would be disclosed. Dr. Koh clarified that nominees and beneficiaries under relevant intestacy laws would be granted access. Intestacy laws outline the distribution of a person’s estate when they pass away without a will.

It’s essential to note that not all family relations are considered next-of-kin under the relevant intestacy laws, and they will not be allowed access to the deceased member’s CPF information. Additionally, for the majority of members who have made nominations, the amendments align with their intentions, as they have already authorized all their nominees to access their CPF information upon their demise.

CPF’s statement

CPF (Amendment) Bill Highlights 2023

We have made changes to the CPF (Amendment) Bill to legislate the ceasing of non-residents’ participation in CPF schemes and streamline the administration of CPF schemes for better service delivery to residents.

Here is a summary of the changes:

Closure of non-residents’ (non-Singapore Citizens and non-Permanent Residents) CPF accounts

The core purpose of the CPF system is to support the retirement, housing and healthcare needs of residents. In line with this, non-residents’ participation in CPF schemes will cease from 1 April 2024.

Non-residents have to transfer their CPF savings to their bank accounts by 1 April 2024, failing which their CPF accounts will be automatically closed, and any remaining savings will cease to earn the prevailing CPF interest rate. The remaining savings can still be transferred to their bank accounts at any time after that.

This was first announced in March 2023 and CPF Board is now making the necessary legislative amendments to support the automatic closure of CPF accounts. Non-residents may also refer to CPF website at cpf.gov.sg/AccountClosure for more details.

Streamlining the administration of CPF schemes to improve service delivery

To align with industry practices for wills and intestate distribution of assets, the Board will allow nominees and beneficiaries under the relevant intestacy laws to access deceased members’ CPF information, with effect from February 2024. Members no longer need to explicitly authorise the Board to disclose their CPF information to these individuals upon their demise.

This enables nominees and beneficiaries under the relevant intestacy laws to settle post-demise matters relating to the deceased members’ CPF accounts with greater ease and transparency.

Members can be assured that their CPF information remains private and confidential while they are alive. Members may refer to cpf.gov.sg/NOMFAQ for more details.

In addition, with the amendment, the Board may continue with certain transactions, which typically arise or follow from obligations preceding the member’s demise. These include monies due to the member (e.g. refund of CareShield Life premiums to member’s MediSave account after death) or payments due to third parties (e.g. refunds to employers if there were excess CPF contributions made).

Notices and service methods

For greater convenience, members will be able to receive more documents from CPF Board electronically. This includes selected hardcopy notifications such as the Notice of Contributions issued to self-employed persons. Members can still request for hardcopy notifications should they prefer.

To align with the legislation governing other public sector agencies, changes to the Notice to Attend Court document can now be made without having to amend the subsidiary legislation. A sample copy of the “Notice to Attend Court” document will be made available on the Board’s website so that members of public can easily access and verify the legitimacy of any notice served.

Broke up with my GF as she was going on holiday with her EX and refused to let me come.

So my (24M) now ex-girlfriend (34) had a holiday planned with her EX before me and her met 4 months ago.

JAMIE YEO DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER AFTER FINDING A LUMP, FELT HERSELF GO NUMB WITH FEAR

0

Former actress Jamie Yeo has revealed her personal battle with breast cancer during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. In an emotional Instagram post, she shared her journey as a breast cancer survivor and the importance of early detection and awareness.

Found a lump that turned out to be cancerous

Yeo disclosed that two years ago, she was diagnosed with breast cancer after discovering a lump during a self-examination. Fortunately, her tumor was in its early stages and less aggressive. She underwent a lumpectomy and received radiation therapy, along with an ongoing regimen of medication.

Despite her medical treatments, she continued with her daily life, even working on a video shoot just three days after her surgery and delivering jewelry orders to clients shortly after. However, her life was forever changed.

The period of uncertainty that followed her diagnosis prompted deep soul-searching and brought on a range of emotions, including fear, resilience, hope, gratitude, and positivity.

She spoke of the surreal feeling following her “positive prognosis,” with mixed emotions of guilt, as she realized that not everyone she had met in her journey had been as fortunate.

The experience drove her to live her life with renewed purpose, striving for a cleaner, simpler, kinder, and better existence. Ultimately, it led her to make the life-changing decision to move and start fresh.

Raising awareness

Reflecting on her journey, Yeo expressed gratitude for the shock of her diagnosis, as it helped her gain perspective on what truly matters in life. She considers it a privilege to now be able to speak on behalf of other breast cancer survivors and raise awareness about the importance of early detection, which she credits with saving her life.

In her effort to raise awareness, Jamie Yeo encourages others to watch an important conversation on @medicalchannelasia’s YouTube channel with Lay Teng Kwa. They discuss their own experiences as survivors and emphasize the critical role awareness plays in increasing the chances of early detection, ultimately saving lives.

Jamie Yeo’s personal journey serves as a powerful reminder of the significance of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the need for continued vigilance and education to combat this disease.

Jamie Yeo’s Instagram Post

It’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month and I’m all in. Finally ready to share that (and talk about it – link in bio)…I am a Breast Cancer survivor.

Two years ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I found a lump during a self examination. Long story short, I was extremely blessed that it was an early-stage, less aggressive tumour. A lumpectomy and radiation therapy, and an ongoing regiment of pills was enough. On the surface, life continued “as normal” – all day video shoot three days after surgery, packing/delivering @lulajjewelry orders to clients a day after. But nothing was normal anymore.

The period of not knowing prompted a lot of soul-searching. Heart numbing and indescribable fear, with bouts of faith, resilience, hope, gratitude, and positivity. The period after the surgery with my “positive prognosis” was surreal, guilty even – friends, acquiantances, the other patients I’d met were not so lucky. The only option was to live life fully, with gratitude, and a fierce motivation to change – to live cleaner, simpler, kinder, better. It was in this period that we decided to move. To start afresh.

With the benefit of distance and time, it sounds odd to say, but I’m grateful for the shock. It made me realise what matters. I’m glad I now have the privilege of speaking to and for other survivors. Head to @medicalchannelasia’s YouTube channel (link in bio), to hear an important conversation with @layteng.kwa , as we discuss our experiences, and the importance of raising awareness to increase the chances of early detection (which, as I’m testament, can save lives).
