GIRL KENA PRESSURED BY HER CUSTOMER TO DRINK, NEARLY GAVE HER BODY AWAY

0

Going to start school soon and I have to say goodbye to all those crazy things that happened over the Long holiday.

I almost slept with my customer after going out to drink with him after our meeting. Turns out that I was a better drinker than him and didn’t fall into his traps.

He kept pressurizing me to go out with him and I thought we were meant for each other. Then, he had a turn of a heart, saying that he’d ruin my life. I thought he was referring to the fact that he graduated from polytechnic so we are going to lead different life. And also maybe because he smokes and drinks on a habitual basis but I don’t.

Unfortunately, after taking some trouble, he finally told me that he’s actually engaged in a relationship with someone five years older than him. Thought that he lives with his parents but he’s actually living with his girlfriend. I am speechless. He said his girlfriend didn’t want to have S with him anymore so he’s looking for other people. He said we could be F buddies if I were to continue with him. I’m trying my best to peel away my feelings for him but it’s really really hard. What should I do? And is this even normal? Will he ruin me??? I’m confused and scared. I’ve never dated before and the first person I meet turns out to be like this…

Here are what netizens think:

  • Essentially he,
    1) tried to get you drunk for nonconsensual sex
    2) threatened to ruin your life
    3) has lifestyle differences with you with drinking and smoking
    4) concealed a relationship from you
    5) admitted he’s just after you for a fb, not a relationship
  • Going by this, I would say you should go for it. You never know you might like it. On a serious note, down the barrel is hell so think twice before doing it.
  • Please don’t. Go far far away from him. Block him. Don’t talk to him anymore. Just don’t

2 MEN FIGHTING IN BEDOK HAWKER CENTER, PINNED ON TOP OF ANOTHER

In the bustling streets of Singapore, hawker centers are an integral part of the nation’s culinary landscape. These vibrant spaces bring together diverse cuisines and create opportunities for people to indulge in delicious meals.

However, on a fateful day at Bedok Hawker Center, the atmosphere took a dark turn when an altercation between two men erupted, capturing the attention of a growing crowd.

Fight

A dispute between two men escalated into a full-blown fight. Onlookers were both horrified and curious, forming a circle around the unfolding scene. One man was seen pinning the other to the ground, while others tried to intervene or record the incident on their smartphones.

Officers were later seen stepping in to stop the fight between the two elderly men.

Public fighting

According to Chapter 224 of the Penal Code, anyone who disturbs public peace by fighting in public is guilty of committing an affray.

Upon conviction, offenders could face a jail term of up to one year, a fine of up to $5,000, or both.

The unfortunate incident at Bedok Hawker Center serves as a reminder of the importance of maintaining peace and harmony in public spaces. Hawker centers, integral to Singapore’s cultural fabric, should continue to be places where people can enjoy food, connect with others, and embrace diversity. It is crucial for individuals to exercise restraint, seek peaceful resolutions, and collectively create an environment that promotes respect and understanding.

UOB FROZE MAN’S BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT TELLING HIM BECAUSE HE NEVER “UPDATE ADDRESS”

0

A man in Singapore had his UOB bank account frozen without his knowledge, severely impacting his ability to manage his online business. Despite his efforts, he has been unable to resolve the issue since 15 May, according to a report by MustShareNews.

Jeremy Ong, a 44-year-old entrepreneur who primarily sells tennis and other sports products through his small online and retail business, explained that he relies on a UOB bank account for his business transactions.

However, on 15 May, he discovered that he could neither deposit payments from his Shopee and Lazada accounts into his UOB account nor transfer funds out of it.

Bank account frozen

Concerned about the situation, Ong decided to visit a UOB branch on 19 May for clarification. To his shock, he was informed that his bank account had been frozen since 8 May, approximately one week prior to his awareness of the issue.

Unfortunately, the bank personnel could not provide a clear explanation for the freeze and advised him to contact the corporate banking hotline.

Ong attempted to reach the hotline multiple times, but each call resulted in extensive waiting times of up to 30 minutes, followed by an abrupt disconnection after being informed that his call would be transferred to the relevant department.

Frustrated by the lack of progress, he resorted to sending an email to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) seeking assistance.

Failure to update mailing address

To his surprise, shortly after sending the email, Ong received a response from a UOB representative on Wednesday, 24 May. The representative assured him that an investigation into the matter would be initiated.

The following day, on 25 May, Ong received a phone call from another UOB representative who informed him that his account had been frozen due to a “failure to update mailing address.”

They promised to resolve the issue within an hour. However, when Ong attempted to withdraw funds from his account, he encountered another failure as the account remained frozen.

As of the time of writing, Ong’s account remains frozen, causing significant disruptions to his daily business operations.

Disappointed with bank

He expressed disappointment that he was not notified by the bank about the account freeze and had to personally escalate the matter to higher authorities before any action was taken.

Reflecting on the experience, Ong concluded that relying solely on one bank for important transactions is risky. He emphasized the importance of diversifying banking relationships, particularly when handling numerous daily transactions.

Furthermore, he expressed his dissatisfaction with UOB’s customer service and criticized their perceived lack of responsibility in conducting business.

MAN SAYS IT IS COMMON TO FIND THEIR EX-GFs TO “SATISFY” HIMSELF

0

I was always a bit of a hopeless romantic, always dreaming of a perfect relationship with someone special. But that dream never quite worked out the way I had planned.

I had a few relationships over the years, but they always seemed to end up the same way. I just couldn’t seem to find someone who was truly compatible with me. So, I ended up settling into a pattern of going through relationships, breaking up, and then looking for someone new.

But recently, I had an epiphany. I realized that it was actually quite common for people to find their ex-girlfriends for satisfaction. And I was no different. It was something that I had done on and off throughout my life, but I hadn’t really acknowledged it until recently.

I understand that this practice may seem strange to some, but it actually makes a lot of sense. After all, if you’ve been in a relationship with someone, you know what they like and how to please them. And if you haven’t been in a relationship with them for a while, it makes it even easier to explore different things and try new things.

Plus, it can be a lot easier to let go of the past. When you’re with an ex-girlfriend, there’s no need to worry about any of the issues that may have caused the relationship to end. It’s just a way to get your needs met without having to worry about any of the baggage that comes with a new relationship.

Of course, this isn’t something that I would recommend doing all the time. It’s important to understand that it’s a way to satisfy a need, not to replace a relationship. And if you do decide to pursue this type of relationship, it’s important to keep it strictly physical and to not let any emotions get in the way.

I also think it’s important to be honest with your ex-girlfriend about what it is you’re looking for. Let her know that you’re looking for physical satisfaction and nothing more. That way, she can make an informed decision about whether or not she’s comfortable with the situation.

Finally, it’s important to remember that this isn’t a replacement for a real relationship. It’s a way to get your needs met, but it shouldn’t be seen as a substitute for a real connection. No matter how much you enjoy the physical pleasure, it’s important to remember that it’s not the same as having a real relationship with someone.

All in all, I think it’s perfectly normal to find your ex-girlfriends for sexual satisfaction. It’s a way to satisfy a need without having to worry about any of the baggage that comes with a new relationship. But it’s important to keep it strictly physical and to not let any emotions get in the way. And it’s important to remember that it’s not a replacement for a real relationship.

MAN CHAINED DOG TO HIS CAR & DRAGGED IT ON THE ROAD, DOG DIED & MAN ARRESTED

0

An elderly man in Malaysia had chained his dog to his car and dragged it along the road, before an eyewitness intercepted him and rescued the dog, who was bleeding profusely and eventually died.

The elderly man was then arrested by the Malaysian police, according to The Star.

The incident happened on 27 May. Mr Rajes Donarow, a poultry farmer residing in Lukut, Port Dickson, Malaysia, had witnessed the incident unfold.

A video of the incident was also shared online by Rajes.

According to Mr Rajes, he observed a man driving a dilapidated vehicle, who appeared to be the owner of a durian farm in the same village. Following closely behind the car was a dog, connected to the vehicle by a metal chain that dragged along the ground as the vehicle moved.

Upon noticing the dog, Mr Rajes saw that its paws were bleeding and it seemed to have collapsed. He informed The Star that the dog’s chest was being scraped by the gravel while the driver continued to drive.

Taking action, Mr Rajes mounted his motorcycle and pursued the vehicle, signalling for the driver to stop. However, the driver allegedly ignored the request and continued driving.

Eventually, determined to end the suffering of the dog, Mr Rajes accelerated and managed to overtake the car, effectively blocking its path.

Subsequently, the poultry farmer removed the keys from the car’s ignition.

“I questioned the driver about why he was subjecting the dog to such cruelty instead of utilizing the lorry or four-wheel drive that he owned,” stated Mr Rajes, as quoted by The Star.

The driver, who owned a durian plantation and a landscaping business, purportedly explained that he was relocating the dog to another one of his plantations. He claimed that the dog had refused to enter his lorry.

However, upon unchaining the dog, Mr Rajes observed that it promptly leapt into the car, contradicting the man’s statement.

At this point, other bystanders began to gather around the man and the injured canine.

Mr Rajes subsequently contacted the police, who arrived at the scene shortly after. The officers advised him and the dog’s owner to file police reports concerning the incident.

Additionally, they recommended that Mr Rajes report the occurrence to the Department of Veterinary Services.

According to The Star, an official from the Lukut district police headquarters confirmed that both individuals had submitted official reports.

In a subsequent article by Bernama on May 30, it was reported that the dog had succumbed to its injuries and died.

On Monday night, the 61-year-old owner was apprehended by the police for causing the death of the dog, and he is currently in custody for one day.

FOREIGN TALENT CAUGHT SUBLETTING HDB IN BUKIT PANJANG

1 couple stay in 1 Common room, 2 kids stay in another Common room, 1 Master BR to rent out.

Again why would a family of 3 need to rent a 4-room flat?

How much does it cost – $3,000?

This flat rental of his must have burst his budget and that’s why need to resort to breaking Our HDB laws to recover some rental!

Here are what netizens think:

  • Always using the term ” Master Tenant ” …a tenant is a tenant you still don’t own the bloody unit and you can’t do as you please…IT STILL BELONGS TO THE OWNER NOT YOU.
  • One room in bukit Panjang $1.4K . Not withstanding the illegal sub-let . Does he know the market rate ?
  • You all sleep store room la. Then can rent out the 3 bedroom.
  • These people, That rent the flat, the property agent and the owner should be fined heavily to show everyone that no one is above the law.
  • HDB need the public to spoon feed them not easy to report. If you want to report you need to provide HDB with full address including unit number. Otherwise they will not do anything as l have tried many times that why I know HDB need the public to spoon feed them. HDB is the worst government department and the most laziest department among all. That why all we can do is keep sharing and hope the blind HDB can see and do something. The more people share the more from smelly ind Indian from India will see and blind HDB will also see

DESPERATE GUY FIND PUB GIRL UNTIL BUY LADIES DRINK UNTIL NO MORE MONEY

0

I remember the day my best friend, Jack, became a desperate guy. I had known him since we were kids, and we had always been close. We had grown up together, and his parents had always been supportive and encouraging.

It had been a few months since Jack’s parents had passed away, and he had been struggling with their loss. He had been trying to cope with the grief in his own way, but it seemed to be getting worse. He had become increasingly more withdrawn and had started spending most of his time in the pubs.

One evening, Jack asked me to join him at the pub. I reluctantly agreed, not wanting to abandon him when he was so obviously struggling. When we arrived, I could immediately tell that he had been drinking for some time. His eyes were glassy and his speech slurred.

It quickly became apparent that Jack was on a mission. He was determined to buy drinks for the ladies at the bar, and he didn’t care how much money he spent. He was determined to make them happy, no matter the cost.

I tried to reason with him, to talk him out of what he was doing. I reminded him of our friendship and of his parents, but he couldn’t be swayed. He had a mission and he was going to see it through.

So, I watched as Jack continued to buy drinks for the ladies, one after the other. He was like a man possessed. He kept buying drinks until his wallet was empty. He seemed to have forgotten that he had a limit, and that he would eventually run out of money.

When his wallet became empty, Jack finally seemed to come to his senses. He looked around at the bar, at the ladies he had been buying drinks for, and realized what he had done. He had spent all of his money, and it was too late to take it back.

Jack had become desperate, and he had tried to use money to fill the void left by his parents’ passing. He had become a desperate guy, in search of an escape. But, in the end, all he had found was a bar full of ladies, and an empty wallet.

I’m glad to say that Jack managed to get his life back on track. He eventually found a job and saved up enough money to buy a house. He’s still a bit of a wild card, but I know he won’t ever do anything as foolish as buying drinks for ladies until he has no more money.

MAN TELLS GEN Z KIDS TO STOP COMPLAINING AND WORK HARD TO MAKE MONEY

0

Whenever I hear people around me complain about the rising living costs due to inflation, war and increased taxes, I can’t help but really just want to speak to them the truth especially late millennials and gen Z kids.

No doubt, it is true that consumer good prices have increased significantly over the years, housing getting less affordable, rents are spiking, COE has reached its all-time high, fuel price has gone up, and the list goes on.

However, do people especially kids these days do their part to overcome this situation? The short answer is NO, as most people that I know including friends and family, and uni mates, they all don’t really treat this as a serious issue, and it’s just sickening to see how people complain everyday without putting some serious effort.

Let me list out a few “hobbies” or in other words, “entertainments” that youngsters do nowadays. Every now and then I see friends sharing stories of their staycations, and their frequency can be as high as once every 1-2 months. Youngsters also don’t refrain themselves from frequently dining at places like HDL, beauty in a pot, din tai fung, and a whole bunch of fancy cafes and restaurants. It’s so terrifying to the point where it has actually become mandatory that one must dine in at least once a week at some fancy eatery, and I honestly ain’t sure if they realize that. Starbucks or coffee bean has become a usual hangout spot to “study” too, and they can easily order food and drink that cost up to $20-30 per pax. The convenience of cabbing just makes basic transportation even more accessible that they can just Grab without even actually trying their best to settle for buses or MRT. I personally know a few friends and acquaintances who already got platinum tier for Grab. “I’m lazy”, “it’s too far”, “I don’t wanna wake up so early”, “it’s raining”, “I just wanna chill”, so on and so forth, these are the common excuses to spend tens of dollars just for a short period of unurgent convenience. I think I don’t even have to point out branded goods and limited-edition clothing and sneakers that youngsters don’t mind forking out hundreds of dollars for per item. Is it also necessary to purchase the latest phone models? I don’t get why people can’t just buy only when necessary or at least wait till the next model releases and buy the current model as its price drops.

There is no need to attend every single one of your friend’s birthday, and instead, do kindly wish them and just go for those whom you’re closer with. If you have friend’s birthday all the way from January till December, and for each birthday, the expenses are unexpected because it’s not up to you to decide the venue and type of birthday celebration, you’ll only end up being a broke ass. Please have some decency to reject politely, and if rejection would only cause them to be unhappy with you, then congratulations, as you’ve just witnessed the true side of your “friends”.

It’s totally fine not to invest your money if you don’t wanna risk losing money, but at least don’t let your cash flow out so quickly, and have some proper control over your money. You can’t control the government’s plan, as well as the happenings all over the world that negatively impacts your financial situation, but I believe there are a ton of simple and implementable ways to reduce your unnecessarily hefty expenses. So stop complaining and do your part if you don’t wanna go broke!
