Should I [M28] get back with my GF [F29] of 1.5 years after she broke up with me over some instagram drama?

My GF of 1.5 years broke up with me two weeks ago over some instagram model accounts. For the first time ever, she brought up the fact that I follow some IG models and it really bothered her.

So without giving me a chance to respond to her concerns, she said that she’s already made up her mind about breaking up with me.

I respected her choice and told her that if she’s already made up her mind, then I’d respect it and will try to keep our communication to the minimum to make it possible for both of us to move forward.

After some crying she said her goodbyes and left. In my own defense however I add here, I’m a photographer and most of the models that I follow on IG are either clients or for inspiration.

Also, I’ve always been transparent about my intent and she’s been nothing but supportive in the past. Now after a year and half I’m being put on spot without having a chance to engage in a conversation, which tells me there might just be something else that’s up!

I’m speculating about that, I don’t know for a fact. I do know that she’s always had her dating apps installed on her phone, even while being in a committed relationship with me!

Anyways… Two weeks later after our breakup I get a message saying she misses me. But given that I know she didn’t waste time flushing everything down the drain, I didn’t reply anymore.

Now I don’t know how to feel anymore. My policy is rather strict on no contact rule after a break up that’s why she’s been blocked on all platforms except for email (that’s because I owe her money and I wanted her to have a way of communicating the exact amount with me).

Now I need to know what you think about my course of actions here? Am I judging her actions too harshly? I think she’s made it clear that she’s regretting this whole thing by now, and that she still loves me.

But I don’t know if she’s the right life partner for me anymore after what conspired. I felt like that I must be pretty insignificant to be dumped that easy after a year and half. I don’t know, what do you think?

My (28M) ex (25F) slept with my best friend (28M) and my friends are still inviting them to events with me

So a few months ago I learned my ex had slept with my now former best friend/roommate multiple times right after we broke up.

We got back together for a couple months until she finally told me what happened in the weeks we were broken up.

We had been together for 5 years and I had known my former friend since we were kids. Aftermath of this was messy and I obviously wasn’t happy and told my friend group that I didn’t feel comfortable being around them at parties moving forward.

They understood and let me know that I had control over if they were invited. This however only lasted one get together and the next event they were invited.

I asked my friend B why and his response was that he didn’t want to be involved in the drama and sorting the relationships out was my own problem.

I have tried to brush any feelings aside when I see them during these outings, but I’m just not myself and I’m not relaxed. I don’t know what is the right response to this because I have tried to communicate my feelings with the friend group, but they now seem indifferent.

Everyone still talks to my ex and former best friend just like they would with me. I have known most of these people in my friend group since high school and they are all the friends I have.

I don’t know how to move forward without totally exiling myself from the group, please help.

being an attractive female sucks.

a lot of people think being attractive will solve their problems and for sure it might solve some of them but it adds a lot of problems too.

first off, every older overweight woman ive ever had in my life hates me. no good reason; just that im pretty. i was a nice and respectful child so there really was no other excuse. my mom and step mother fell under this category and treated me very badly. my dad’s new girlfriend also doesn’t like me for no good reason.

second, every male friend ive ever had (besides 2) was friendly with me because they wanted to bed me. we are talking both in real life, and the hundreds ive met and played with online. i don’t even pretend anymore. i know you’re trying to get with me. and lets just say we won’t be friends. i have no male friends currently because of this.

third, you can’t acknowledge you’re attractive without coming off as a narcissist. i hate that shit. ive made a similar post like this before and the comments were just absolutely shredding me apart.. because i said i was attractive?… like im sorry a lot of you are so fragile and insecure that you cant possibly understand the idea that some people 100% know they are attractive. life experience is all you need to point out that you’re pretty. and if pointing that shit out continues to make me a narcissist than im speaking to actual fucking brick walls.

Primary School Drop out!! Wanting to take Olevels

My partner dropped out of school when they were P4 due to personal reasons. They are now an adult with no certificate at all.

I’ve been encouraging them to go back to school but they have other priorities as an adult which I completely understand. I want to be able to help them out but I don’t know how to begin. Sure money is an issue but How do I start searching for what school they should go to? I tried googling every keyword but I can’t find any schools or paths they can take. I wanted to push them to at least Olevels. Maybe help them even sponsor as much as I can.

I’m not trying to be judgemental about their lack of education because I really love them but I just don’t find a way for them to survive in Singapore without an actual education background.

When I get married to them, I don’t want to be the sole breadwinner neither I want to see them work so hard for minimum wage. I can’t really create business for them as well because (like those rags to rich story) because he’s not interested.

Please help me!

My bf told me he wants to try and smell my underwear.

Basically what the title says. Me (23) and my bf (23) are really open to trying new things and we‘re never judging each other when doing so.

I started joking around lately with throwing my panties in his direction when I was about to take a shower or giving him my underwear when we‘re doing laundry to have him „something to look at“.

Yesterday he told me he always really needs to fight the urge to just smell them. And when I told him he could just do it and I don’t think that‘s strange he kind of hesitated. So I really want him to do so if he likes. Here‘s my question(s).

1. Do men like the smell in general or is it kind of a „fetish“ thing?
2. Do I have to care about being ultra clean Or is it okay if I just give him my worn undies after the day if he wants them?
3. I‘m really insecure about my private parts in general when he‘s eating me out or just looking at them, thinking maybe he doesn’t like the look of it. I‘m really new to this so I want it to be enjoyable and a happy experience for him.

My boyfriend talks in his sleep a lot, and sleep-sang me a lullaby the other night.

I usually go to bed 1-3 hours after he goes to sleep, and he often reacts to me getting into bed with him either by grabbing onto me and snuggling, muttering some incoherent nonsensical sentence, or mumbling loving things. Then there’s the times where he would randomly sit straight up in bed, tear the blanket off of me, angrily flap it around in the air and then put it back on me saying “That one wasn’t real, this is the real blanket, you’re welcome” and doesn’t remember any of this the morning after. It’s honestly fecking hilarious when he does the weird sleep-talking, and I wish I wrote down more of the weird things he says and does.

The other night, I was really struggling with a lot of things. I more or less lost my entire family last year due to a falling out and it’s something I’ve been grieving a lot lately. Some days are just tougher to get through, you know? I went to bed pretty late that night, had some soft sniffles because of feeling sad, and he rolled over, scooped me up, and started singing me a lullaby – specifically, “You are my sunshine”. He sang the whole song, kissed my forehead, and flopped back into a regular sleeping pattern. He didn’t remember any of it the next morning, like most of these little incidents, but I did.

It honestly meant so much to me.
