A COUPLE OF 6 YEARS HAS INTIMACY ISSUES, UNABLE TO DO IT

0

I’m having some problems with intimacy in my marriage.

We’ve been married for 6 years and they’ve been some of the happiest years of my life. My wife had 3 children before we got together and we have a child together. All I’ve ever wanted was a family and I’ve been so lucky to have been blessed with that.

But we had a break up 3 years ago due to me not listening to her enough and getting in arguments, but we got back together.

We’ve always been very affectionate towards each other since the start of our relationship, but lately we’ve been less so. I’m a massive worrier and have found myself under a lot of pressure and stress lately due to work and money. We hardly have any time together on our own as it’s a busy household, but we make time to go on date nights/days.

A few weeks ago my wife said that we need to work on our relationship and be more intimate which I agreed with. A few days ago, she suggested that we have more S and whilst I wanted to, our son was still awake at the time. After we put him to bed, I was very tired as I have not been sleeping well for the last few weeks due to stress and anxiety. She then got upset and slept downstairs on the sofa. In the morning she said that she’s no longer attracted to me, doesn’t want to have S with me anymore.

After our last break up and how much it upset our children, she said that she wanted an open relationship as she needs to intimate with someone. I suggested talking about it which she said she doesn’t want to do as her points still stand.

I’m really upset and struggling today to understand why she doesn’t want to talk about it to see if we can work on the intimacy side of our marriage. I don’t see how an open relationship is going to work out for us as we have never been unfaithful to each other.

Thank you for taking the time to read my post.

MAN CONFRONTED FOR USING MARKED CARDS IN A CARD GAME

Here is a new definition of self-pawn. Going to an illegal gambling session and uploaded a video online after losing the game and accused the host of cheating.

The video has garnered over 141,000 views and liked almost 4,000 times.

The man was seen using a UV light on the cards, and it the cards could be revealed. As the man was explaining that he was not cheating the gamblers were not convinced that he was not cheating.

The man then said that he was not equipped with any special glasses that could see what the cards were.

Under Section 7 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the offence of gaming in a common gaming house carries a fine of up to $5,000, a jail term of up to six months, or both. The offence of being the owner or occupier or of which he/she has the use temporarily or otherwise thereof keeps or uses a place as a common gaming house under Section 4(1)(a) of the Common Gaming Houses Act carries a fine of not less than $5,000 and not more than $50,000, and a jail term of up to three years.

RESIDENT FINDS SUN BIRDS NEST OUTSIDE HDB WINDOW

In the concrete jungle of Singapore, although we have trees by the roads and parks, animals are often a rare sight.

A woman who resides in an HDB woke up to a surprise after seeing a nest outside her window.

Judging from the video, the nest is at least 8 to 9 storeys tall.

Netizens who saw the video said that it is a nest of a sunbird. Sunbirds are small birds that often build nests in high locations.

They are easily identifiable as the bird has bright colours. Seeing it build a nest suspended at an HDB is definitely a first.

Sunbirds are found in Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, Indonesia and Northern Australia.

It is best to leave the nest alone, as Sunbirds are easily frightened and they will abandon their nest if they think that a threat is nearby.

FAKE POLICE NEW STYLE, WEARS BLAZER WITH WHITE T-SHIRT

Today morning AROUND 11:35 AM, I RECEIVED A WHATSAPP VIDEO CALL FROM +1 (347) 980-9833. the caller claimed to be from the “Singapore Police Force”. The caller was wearing a mask and simply dressed in a white t-shirt and blazer. at first he showed his id card which was mentioned as Singapore police.

He started a conversation saying that my debit card has been declined as i did not update my visa particulars with the bank. he insisted me to show my visa (i don’t remember what exactly he mentioned. i thought he was asking for my singapore visit pass) by switching on the back camera. i showed my visit pass (both front and back side) which i recently received. he asked me to show the atm card. I said, why do you need my atm card?

He replied that these details are not updated with my bank and he mentioned about my bank name and debit card number (i am guessing a fake). However, i have not attempted to check. then he mentioned that the bank has given a complaint to police and the caller is investigating it. he said if i don’t show the card he cannot ingest my details and my account will be seized for 6 months and i may not able to withdraw. moreover, he mentioned that i will be jailed if i don’t do it now.

I told him to send an email. how can i trust you? he said, see my id, i am making a video call. Then i replied that i will not share my details. i will visit my bank right now and give all the details they ask. then he replied that if you don’t do it now, you will be jailed. then i told him to call after 10 mins so that I will quickly check with a customer care. he was reluctant to listen me and repeatedly mentioning me to trust him and do it asap or i will cut the call and i will come and catch you. i was bit of tensed, shocked (as i am new to singapore) but hesitated to share my bank details. the caller was not giving me time to think. i told him to give me 2 mins i will check with my seniors.

Luckily all these incidents happened in my office and i took the phone to my ro. after mentioning about these details, she immediately told me to cut the call and said that it is a scam. She share that were already these incidents being reported even in the newspapers and so don’t believe them.

i thought reporting such an incident will alert others not to fall in to such prey.

MAN CAN’T QUIT THAI DISCO EVEN AFTER 2 YEARS WITHOUT SIAM DIU

0

A man recently posted on a forum stating that he is still unable to stop going to Thai Discos even after the two-year restrictive period.

He said that he is trying to identify the root cause of why he is still going there, which attracted the comments of many netizens who blasted him.

Here is his story:

Even after two years of not going to pubs and clubs, It has made my addiction even worse.

It’s like holding on to all the air in a balloon and releasing it at one go.

I was introduced to Thai Discos in my early 20s by my Poly classmates, I went enjoyed “got” a few and “lose” a few. When I was young, I was very hardworking and earned a good sum of money but I could not stop spending either.

Before the lockdown came, In a period of 1 year, I spend almost $150,000 on drinking, hanging flowers and other entertainment expenses. When the lockdown came, it was like a wake-up call for me. I managed to accumulate a small amount of savings but nothing compared to the amount I spend back then.

I switch from drinking outside with friends to drinking at home or not drinking at all.

Return of pubs and clubs

When the government finally unrestricted entertainment premises, I started my nonsense again.

My friend asked me out and I reluctantly agreed, He brought me to this pub with Thai girls inside. I started my crappy lifestyle once again and my monthly expenses have increased once again.

During the lockdown, I was single and now I’m back out to hunt for potential partners.

I feel that it is not healthy to find girls on such premises, I am considered a hardcore drinker but deep down I don’t want to meet any girls from pubs.

However, I do not have a choice as I do not have a chance to meet other people. I am self-employed and I work almost at home all the time.

Meeting new people is almost impossible.

I am afraid of going back to my lifestyle of finding girls in siam diu which I do not see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I only see myself going broke.

Can anyone give me ideas…

MAN LOST S$5,000 AFTER SCAMMER PRETENDED TO BE HIS FRIEND

0

I received a call from a scammer with strong Malaysian accent on 17 May 8:12pm pretending to be someone I know. the caller claimed that his handphone and wallet got stolen by the workers renovating his house and this was his new number.

His mobile number is ********. i asked him who he was and he said he was someone that talked to me often, how could i forget. instead i blurted out my colleague’s name which he said he was.

Next day, still thinking he was my colleague he called for help to transfer money to his contractor because he has fired them for the stolen incident but he needed to pay them for the works already done and his bank account is not activated yet. he mentioned he would pay me back the next day once his account is activated.

Thinking he needed it urgently, I transferred 3600 to his contractor. then he requested for another 6000 because his friend mistakenly transferred to his account instead of the contractor. but i only decided to transfer 1400, saying my limit was 5000. he kept asking me to check if my limit could be changed.

So, I said i was out for lunch and will do so when i’m back in office. back in office, i suddenly thought to message my colleague on microsoft teams, and asked him about it. he said he did not call me at all, and then I realized it was all a scam!

Should have checked with my colleague before doing any transfers! i hope police can nab this scammer!

JOBLESS MAN BORROW MONEY TO VISIT PROSTITUTE, KENA 2 DIFFERENT STDS

0

A netizen shared a story about how he ended up with two different types of STDs after spending a night with a prostitute.

Here is the story

“I lost my job a few months ago and was on a downward spiral, my savings were getting depleted very quickly and my job search was going nowhere.

The nail in the coffin was when I received the news that my mother was diagnosed with stage 1 cancer, which is curable, so there’s some semblance of hope.

My girlfriend of 4 years also told me that she wanted to break up with me because she felt like our relationship was going nowhere.

I felt hopeless in life, as though everything was coming to an end in the worst possible way, and I desperately needed an outlet, or at least something to make myself feel good.

And I was down to my last cent, I couldn’t even afford to top up my ezlink card to go for job interviews, that’s how bad it was.

I borrowed about $600 from a friend to tide me over, and I went out for some drinks and to just distract myself for a little while.

After drinking, I decided to book an escort to “release” some stress. This Taiwan woman charged me $600 for an overnight session, but I managed to haggle the price down to $500.

We slept together that night and we didn’t even use condoms, and the next morning I went home feeling a little better and confident, as I resumed my job search.

A few weeks later I started noticing that it burns when I urinate, and I was also oozing a little bit of pus.

So naturally I got worried, and I then went to get myself tested, and the results came back stating that I had both gonorrhoea and syphilis.

I thought to myself, “this cannot be happening”, how the f could I get two STDs at once, and why the f is this happening now, of all times.

I really don’t know what to do, I’ve been on medication ever since and nobody in my life knows about this yet.

My mother is sick, my girlfriend has already left me, I’m still jobless and now I have two STDs. If God wants to play a joke on me, he really played an epic one this time.”

Editor’s note: You’ve hit rock bottom, so bottom that you might even be underground. But on the bright side, it can’t get any worse and things can only look up from here on out.
