NEIGHBOUR ASK WHERE IS HIS BOY. REALISED SPIRIT LIVING WITH HIM IN JURONG HDB

A Singaporean recently posted on Facebook after his family had to deal with spirits living with them in their 4 room HDB flat at Jurong West Street 91. He stated on how his neighbours even spotted a young boy playing with his young daughter and the thought that the boy was his son. Many other eerie things happened in their home and they moved out after 2.5 years due to the constant hauntings.

Here is the full story.

I just want to share my experience buying a ghost house in singapore.

I still remember when my office phone rang, my wife was on the line saying that she spotted a good HDB 4 Room house deal at Jurong west street 91. I am not going to reveal the block number to prevent scaring the people living the blocks in that particular street.

So, we arranged a viewing with the agent and bought it on the spot!

A little bit of history I am going to mention so that if you came across similar case do consider carefully. When we viewed the flat, we found that it was renovated extensively, and we were told that the owner only stayed for a short while and moved out.

As the owner had bought the flats from HDB direct, they cannot sell the flat yet (5 years rule), so they moved out to a rented flat and later rented a shop unit.

I came to know from research online and other families nearby that Jurong West was previously a cemetery like lim chu kang cemetery (which explained the close distance) and it had been reclaimed for the housing projects. Aka which meant I lived above a cemetery/dead people. More I research, more I find out that many blocks in Jurong west are haunted through the plentiful ghost stories about that place. which scared me as I had just gotten married recently and paid 400k+ for the house.

So please do your research before you purchase a flat which I learn the hard way.

Ok! now I will list all the incidences happened during my two and the half years there.

1) As I was watching TV in the hall, I used to see several times a black shadow darting at the stairs. One night after watching TV alone, I think it was about 2.00am and I was walking to sleep, I heard a voice (very clear) calling me “Papa!” once and instinctively.

I turn my head to my left where the voice came from. My whole body went cold when there was nothing there at all! My wife and only daughter were sleeping soundly.

2) It was in the afternoon; my wife was washing her hair in the toilet.

As she was sitting on the stool bending forward holding the shower above her head washing her hair. Suddenly, she felt that someone gave her a hard push above her head. She unable to see that time coz her eyes were covered with shampoo. Then immediately, she opens her eyes and call out to my daughter. She found that my daughter was indeed downstair playing in the hall all the time.

3) It was when a new neighbour moved in next door and when they came over to get to know us. My wife was at the gate chatting with them. And my daughter and I was watching TV in the hall. The next evening after dinner in the hawker centre, we met them in the lift. Then, during our conversation, they mentioned, “Where is your boy?” We told them that we only got a daughter, but they insisted that they saw themself, my daughter in the hall watching TV and there was a boy at the staircase playing and he was about 5 years old! Both husband & wife saw that!

4) There was one evening at about 10.00pm. I was having my bath then when I turn to face the wall behind me, I got a shocked!! There was a transparent figure like a human (do not know gal or guy) moved from one wall to another!

I was shaking like a leave and naturally used the hot shower spray and spray to that direction.

Nothing happen at all, so I quickly rushed out.

5) This last one is the final straw we able to take before we moved out to our private apartment which happened the tenancy just expires. (Pls note can only sell after two & the half years for resale flat).

I forgot to mention that all this time during the night when we are sleeping in our locked master bedroom, we always heard noises like someone twisting our room handle and trying to open the door. I did check many times to no avail.

Ok! One evening after watching TV, we all went to sleep. As we entered our master room,

I wanted to switch on the TV in the room to continue watching the program. We all got a shock!

There was a pair of deep lighted shinning blue eyes on the TV screen.

The TV was not even switch on! Just to make sure is not a fault, I even pull out the plug from the socket! The pair of eyes was still there!

So, all of us rush to the second guestroom and locked ourselves inside.

Both my wife and daughter are crying like shit. I was also shivering but had to put up a brave front.

While they fallen asleep later, I stayed up till morning. Guess what? We moved that morning!

This is a true incidence witness by three of us! Take care when hunting for a home.

PINOY MAID REFUSE TO WORK & ASK WHEN CAN EAT CRAB & GO CONDO POOL SWIM

Whatsapp

After spending more than $8,000 fin five months, an employer wanted to hire an experienced Filipino maid, but little did she know that the maid turned out to be inexperienced and unwilling to endure hardship. The female employer had no choice but to return the maid to the agency, but it would cost money to change the maid. The female employer stated that this was very unfair.

Ms Tan, who was a 36-year-old housewife complained that the former maid returned to Indonesia after four years of work. She decided to hire another maid, but the process was unsuccessful.

The agency first found an Indonesian maid for her. The other party was very diligent but had poor understanding of English. Therefore, at the request of the maid, Ms Tan decided to let her find a more suitable employer.

In October last year, Ms Tan decided to hire a new maid with help from a maid agency. She had to paid additional handling fees and quarantine fees. The maid had to pay for the loan before she came to Singapore. In addition to the intermediary fees paid before, Ms Tan paid close to $8,000.

Due to the complicated procedures, the maid came to Ms Tan’s house on February 28 this year, but this was the beginning of a nightmare.

Ms Tan said helplessly: “She makes trouble once a week, because she feels that being a maid is too hard, and she never knew she had to do these housework. All I assigned to her were the lightest housework such as sweeping the floor and occasionally wipe the fan.”

Ms Tan said that the maid would ask her from time to time when she could go to the swimming pool of the apartment to swim. “She also asked me when I would bring her to eat crabs.”

What Ms Tan couldn’t accept most was her irresponsible attitude: “I coaxed my little daughter to sleep, but she left my 4-year-old son in the living room alone, and went back to the room to sleep by herself.”

Once when she went out, the maid even watched her son run to the bus stop near the road to throw trash. She was scared to blame the maid. Unexpectedly, the maid ran home and fell asleep on the bed with her head in her arms, looking very painful and refusing to communicate.

Ms Tan finally decided to send the maid back to the agency on March 17, but was told that she would have to pay more to change her maid.

She complained: “Her resume stated that she had taken care of children and had two years of experience as a maid, but she would not even do simple housework. The responsibility is not with me, but I have to bear the extra cost, which is unreasonable. “

The agency has reached an agreement with the employer to refund part of the money

The agency claimed that the employer asked for all payments to be refunded at first, but many fees were not collected by the agency, so the two parties were unable to reach an agreement at the beginning.

Mr. Lim, the person in charge of the maid agency, said that the employer initially requested that the intermediary fee, handling fee, loan and insurance borrowed by the maid before coming to Singapore be refunded. They are also unwilling to pay the maid’s room and board during this time.

Mr. Lim explained: “There ais a lot of money, including the maid’s new quarantine fee, insurance, handling fees, etc., which are not given to the agency. How can we get it back?”

However, after the two parties negotiated, a preliminary agreement was finally reached. If the contract is terminated, the intermediary will refund part of the handling fee, insurance, and the maid’s accommodation expenses during this period. After the employer signs the transfer letter, they will also return the maid’s loan to the employer.

AUNTIE CAUGHT STEALING FROM SHOP, ALLEGEDLY STEALS FROM THERE EVERY WEEKEND

A video emerged online showing an auntie stealing from a shop.

She could be seen taking what appears to be an alarm clock from the stall and walking away.

The entire incident was captured on CCTV, with the shop owner’s son/daughter sharing that the auntie has been stealing from their shop every weekend, between 12pm to 2pm.

She would wait for them to be preoccupied with other customers before she would nick the goods, usually a watch or an alarm clock, before fleeing the scene.

They shared that they are a small family owned business and they don’t profit much, so it angers their family that the auntie has been repeatedly stealing from their shop.

Anyone who is able to recognise the woman is requested to contact them through Instagram DMs via @may._.yen
