A netizen shared how she was sexually harassed by a pervert at Serangoon Reservoir Park.
Here is the story:
“I was jogging in the park at serangoon reservoir around 1130pm when the incident happened.
So as I was jogging as per normal, this guy on his pmd passed me by the first time and he suddenly stopped in the middle of the road facing forward to “fix his pants” or so I thought what he was doing,
I didn’t pay any mind and continue on my business, then he did it a second time because I didn’t take notice. This time round he overtook me and stopped on the left side of the pavement, facing forward and was twiddling with his pants or his thing.
So at that point of time I started getting suspicious, but I continued jogging.
The third time, he overtook me and stopped a few metres infront on my left and was obviously fondling with his junk.
From a distance afar, I immediately know what was up, so hastily opened my phone and took a picture while I past him by.
After I took the picture, he quickly scrammed the opposite direction I was jogging towards. I did not bother looking at his face, his was wearing a hat with a helmet I supposed and a mask too so undoubtedly I couldn’t recognise him.
Mind you, there were still people/couples in the park at that point in time even so I was shocked he had the nerve to do that. Location around here in serangoon reservoir park at sengkang.”
