GAIN CITY BLOCKS BAD REVIEWS ON FB AFTER DISPUTE WITH CUSTOMER

A man shared an unpleasant experience with Gain City and shared his side of the story online.

Here is the story:

Remind everyone! !! If you want to buy things in the gain city, remember to record everything in detail. Including any problems with the items or problems facing the installation, be sure to record them.

Otherwise, they will drag it until your warranty is over telling you that this one is going to be replaced and the other one is broken. The customer service is also super bad. They will call you different excuses from different people, and they will never admit that it is the problem of their installation. Also, dare to advertise on the homepage for three years of the installation. The thing is like this. The air conditioner leaked after less than a year. It’s not that the machine device is leaking is the air-conditioning hose is leaking. They saw that the sponge inside was not good enough, and then added another layer.

The result was the same problem in less than a year. They said that the air-conditioning in all rooms must be activated together to be cold enough to not leak water. The result is still the same. After a few months, they came to see it again. The result told me that the throat sponge in your next room is damaged and needs to be replaced. As a result, they called me back and told me that it would cost S$1500 to change the sponge.

As a result, after I complained a few times, they told me that if you don’t want to change the entire thing, you would change the short length of two meters. Ask me to give $250. Their manager called me and said that it would damage after being used for a few years and must be replaced. I just asked, what you mean is that things in your gain city will be damage in three years, and then we must change?

He just said that I didn’t mean it and didn’t say that. I asked the manager why the technician told me to thicken the sponge and it would be okay? The manager told me that it would leak water because the material can’t suck so much water. So we thicken it to help you suck more.

When I heard that I wanted to faint, is this your professional answer? Later, I worried that other people would become victims, leaving a message on their website to remind other buyers to pay attention to their services.

I have been deleting my messages since the beginning. It’s been only two days now. now gain city already blacklist my Facebook acc from their page.can’t leave any comment anymore and deleted all my comment.

The credibility of a company that evades consumers like this is really bad.

I hope everyone will be careful.
