FILIPINO TRYING TO BAN NAS DAILY FROM ENTERING PHILIPPINES

Following the ‘explosion’ of the internet after an allegation was made against NAS daily about

The Commission on Human Rights – Bicol Region (CHR-Bicol) stated on Wednesday, August 11 that Louise Mabulo’s team is attempting to have Nas Daily founder Nuseir Yassin declared persona non grata(ban from the country).

Mabulo, the founder of the Camarines Sur-based cacao farming initiative Cacao Project, shared photos of her meeting with representatives from the Commission on Human Rights on Tuesday, August 10, to discuss the agency’s official investigation “on the recent issues surrounding the exploitation against me and the farmers here perpetuated by some vlogger.”

A petition has been started:

In the petition page it states: “Exploiting Indigenous Filipino culture and art for money. He clearly violated the IPRA Law (Indigenous Peoples Rights Act of 1997) Republic Act No. 8371, which is a Philippine law that recognizes and promotes the rights of indigenous cultural communities and indigenous peoples in the Philippines.”

In her Facebook post she said:

Today’s meeting with the Commission on Human Rights Region V— their official investigation on the recent issues surrounding the exploitation against me and the farmers here perpetuated by some vlogger.

I did say I would not provide more statements on the matter to the general public, but glad to provide my statements for the official procedures and processes that are being taken to address this. The attacks against me are on social media, but my platform is real life— undeniable. Rest assured that actions are being taken to safeguard our people, and prevent further incidents like this.

PERVERT NEIGHBOUR PEEPS INTO BEDROOM & TAKES PHOTOS

This incident happened at Kallang Bahru in the afternoon, I caught my next-door neighbour directing their phone camera into our bedroom from their toilet’s window yesterday.

Initially, I shouted “stop peeping..” and I can clearly see the person at that unit shifted the phone a while before re-positioned it pointing towards my direction again. I immediately notify my husband and called the police immediately.

A male and a female is staying in that unit. When the police arrived about half an hour later, they did go over to the next-door unit. The police mentioned that the female occupant admitted that she HAD THE INTENTION to take pictures of me but never did.

The police mentioned they could not found any photos on their phone and hence there is no evidence to proceed. This was not their first time as she admitted that she took a video of my grandma without her consent on another occasion.

My grandma did not pursue it as she was not aware the action could be considered illegal. That unit has been harassing our unit and other neighbours on other issues as she thought they can get away with everything – apparently it seemed she managed to talk her way out every time. Any advices on how to bring justice to this issue?

Isn’t it illegal to “peep” or take pictures/videos of someone’s bedroom without consent (furthermore she verbally also admit the intention and I saw her doing it)? HELP please…

TAXI DRIVER PICKS UP FEMALE GHOST, TURN AROUND AND SHE’S GONE

A taxi driver in Japan captured an eerie and scary incident that happened inside his taxi on his dashcam.

He picked up a female passenger who boarded his taxi, and although the camera didn’t capture her, it captured the car door opening and slamming shut by itself, as if someone opened and closed it.

Throughout the ride, it appears as though the driver could see the woman, but the cctv footage didn’t capture her, except for a short moment when she materialised on camera.

The ghostly figure was seen with a visible face, although the lower part of her body couldn’t be seen.

Also, upon closer inspection, her face appears to be swollen and distorted, like how drowned corpses appear.

The incident happened in Japan.

MAN MARRIES GF THAT DECEASED GRANDMA DESPISE, ALTAR CAUGHT FIRE DURING WEDDING

A story was shared online by a netizen asking if he should respect the wishes of his late grandmother after the altar in his home caught on fire during the tea ceremony.

Here is the story:

Here is a bit of a back story, I’m together with this girl for a few years and I brought her home a few times. But my grandmother despised her and said that I should not bring back a Hainanese woman home as it is bad luck and said that “Hainan women are crazy”.

My parents did not really care but my grandma was absolutely pissed after finding out that her dialect is Hainanese. I told my grandma that she is gentle and good to me but she refuses to even say anything to her.

My grandmother died of a stroke a few months later.

It’s been more than a year since the passing of my grandmother and I can finally have my wedding ceremony, I’m 27-years-old this year and my wife is 26-years-old. I just got married a few days ago but something happened that made me doubt the marriage.

The tea ceremony was conducted in my home’s living room and just when my “wife to be” was offering the tea to my parents the altar in my home caught fire. Apparently, a candle fell and started burning the offerings on the altar.

The eerie thing is my grandmother’s photo was on the altar and there was no wind coming in from the windows and the altar is placed at a location where the ceiling fan will not be able to affect.

My mother immediately realised what had happened and told us to have the tea ceremony in the room and said to wait inside for 15 minutes later. We were ushered into the room by my uncle and he told us to wait there. It’s like my mother is telling me we cannot have the ceremony “in front of my grandmother”.

My mother told me to keep quiet and said she will clean up. My mother started to pray at the altar and clean up the mess made by the fire. 15 minutes later my mother and father came into the room and we continued the tea ceremony.

I am seeking the advice of any elderly if there is anything I need to do. As much as I do not want to believe this I feel that there is something more I can do.
