According to a Police Media release, The Police are looking for the woman shown in the image below to assist with investigations into a case of mischief which occurred at Chevron House (30 Raffles Place) on 19 September 2021.

More footages of the inident appear and this video shows a dog sniffing the car after the man was successfully arrested. Previous footage showed the man struggling and even hitting a Police motorbike with his vehicle. (You can find the link at the bottom)

Two videos have been circulating on the internet, the first video appears to be a car chase, and the man was seen reversing his vehicle into a Police Motorbike before making a U-Turn and escaping.
In the 2nd video, an intense arrest of multiple Police vehicles was recorded by another netizen, there were loud shouting and many Police officers were seen apprehending one man.
Netizens speculate that both videos are of the same vehicle but it is unclear. This information has not been verified.
