An individual working a Republic Plaza was tested positive for COVID-19
The bulletin was dated on Aug 4 and it states that the individual that was tested positive for Covid-19 was last at the location on 2 August 2021.

Always been a fan of Post cereals until this happened to a few boxes we’ve ordered from the major retailers.
Tried contacting Post in the USA but they deflected responsibility saying that this is the Sg distributor’s issue as it could have been contaminated during repackaging (and it could have been the items in my fridge?! Right… when I seal all my cereal packs so the contents won’t spill out). Got a shock of my life when I saw them floating in the milk in my cereal bowl after finishing half the box.
The pack was clearly manufactured and packaged in the USA. Luckily I kept one of the unopened boxes and managed to record on video that the worms are still alive when I opened the sealed package.
The distributor in Sg ignored my attempts to contact via online form – I simply wanted them to assure me that these wriggling worms will not appear in our future boxes of cereal.
A grabfood delivery personnel was recently seen in a footage capture and posted on Facebook.
In the video, she was seen endangering her life by cycling her Power assisted bike on PIE towards Eunos.
She even cut from the first lane to the exit of the highway.
Luckily for her, she got out of the highway safe.

A video emerged online showing an underaged young punk illegally smoking.
He was seen taking a video of himself smoking at what appears to be his home.
He then struck a pose for the camera with the smoke still floating around, trying to smoulder like The Rock.

A video that appeared on facebook recently showed a Red Rhino vehicle from SCDF arriving at the scene of a Prius taxi on fire.
A mini explosion was heard when they first arrived and they then proceeded to approach the vehicle and put out the fire.
We hope no one is injured.

The end of an era is finally upon us.
Footballing icon Lionel Messi is set to leave FC Barcelona after 17 years at the club.
He is leaving the club that he joined as a boy, where he played 778 games for them, scoring 672 goals and made 305 assists; winning 35 titles along the way.
The 34-year-old legend has been a free agent since his current contract expired on 30 June.
Barcelona released a statement on their website, explaining that Messi’s departure was because of financial and structural obstacles as per the La Liga’s regulations.
“Despite FC Barcelona and Lionel Messi having reached an agreement and the clear intention of both parties to sign a new contract today, this cannot happen because of Spanish LaLiga regulations on player registration.
As a result of this situation, Messi shall not be staying on at FC Barcelona. Both parties deeply regret that the wishes of the player and the club will ultimately not be fulfilled.
FC Barcelona wholeheartedly expresses its gratitude to the player for his contribution to the aggrandisement of the club and wishes him all the very best for the future in his personal and professional life.”

Left 4 Dead has been a favourite game of many since 2008 and a year later in 2009 Left 4 Dead 2 was launched.
However, fans were waiting for left 4 Dead 3 but it never happened for over a decade.
However, after 12 years of wait, the next version of Left4Dead is out known as Back4Blood.
The open beta started earlier today (Aug 6) at about 3 AM (Singapore Time) and it will last for four days.
The official game is currently available for pre-purchase on various game platforms such as Steam, It will be available on 13 October 2021.
Called them made big fuss n managed to get a full refund on my missing items! RedMart I ordered $80 worth of groceries.
All I received was 2 coconut drink, 1 pasta sauce and 2 mash potatoes!!! They refunded me fr two items (Bibik chicken patty & cp chicken dippers) and all the rest was not refunded n items was missing!!
They wrote back n told me it was delivered w a pic of a red mart box on my doorstep!!
All that was in that box was the stuff I mentioned I received!! Nothing else!!!!! Can anyone tell me how to escalate this issue? This is pure dishonesty and I would like to pursue.
An uncle was seen on video confronting a bus driver for stopping the bus away from the bus stop.
The bus was seen about 1.5 metres away from the kerb, after which the uncle scolded the driver:
“You park until like that, you should have parked closer.”
The driver then said that if passengers with special needs that need the bus to be closer can just tell him.
The uncle then said he has been doing this for so many bus stops, and said his service got problem.

A SBS bus captain is in the spotlight, for good reasons this time.
A netizen recounted a good deed that he has seen this SBS bus captain do when on board his bus, and shared on Facebook what he had witnessed.
He did not manage to get the name of this bus captain, but managed to get a picture.

Was onboard bus 154 heading to Paya Lebar Mrt Station when the bus stopped a little longer than usual at a bus stop located near Joo Chiat Complex.
Was wondering to myself the reason why the bus did not move off despite having only 2 passengers boarding the bus.
The bus captain then swung his door open. Thought he was doing his usual duty of laying down the door ramp, but was I wrong!
Hidden at a small dark corner along the aisle was an aged uncle. From where the passengers are seated. it is really hard to see him. He was seated on the ground selling packets of tissue paper which were lying on the floor.
The bus captain rushed down the short deck of stairs, reached into his pocket and handed something to him. Everything happened too quickly. What we, the passengers on the bus saw next was a smiling uncle.
He then rushed back to his driver’s seat, released the brake and slowly started accelerating, heading to the next bus stop.
Was captivated and at the same time, shocked at what had just taken place. Just can’t believe what I just saw. As the bus started to move, I managed to take a snapshot of the uncle.
Sharing this beautiful incident of what I’ve just witnessed to spread kindness, love and positivity.
