SENG KANG HOCKEY PLAY IN BIG GROUP OF 20, MACHAM IMMUNE

With so many cases these few weeks, Sengkang Hockey Pitch still holds many training sessions with players inter-mingling and even playing the full game.

Not sure if they are immune to covid or they will not spread them. Many other sports had been forced to stop and even reported to the police. Is this fair?

The whole nation is trying to obey covid restrictions to bring down the cases. Not sure if these players are so special and protected that we can risk another cluster from forming.

It just takes one of them to get infected and the whole Singapore is back to Zero.

FATHER BITE SON, CHOKE HIM AND TIE HIM UP WITH BICYCLE CORD

A 36-year-old delivery driver pleaded guilty to two charges of ill treatment of a child, as well as one charge each of voluntarily causing hurt and harassment.

He was fined and jailed 9 months yesterday (10 August).

5 more charges were considered during sentencing, of which one was for a road rage incident.

He had reportedly bit his son, choked him and used a bicycle cord to tie him up.

What happened?

The wife of the man brought their two sons to the polyclinic in November 2018, after the older boy bit his younger brother on the right thigh while playing.

The man found out about it and caned his older son, before biting him on the thigh; he wanted him to feel how painful it was being bitten.

The following month, the boy was brought for a scheduled visit to the hospital and a nurse saw the man grabbing his son roughly and forcing him to lie down, holding his legs.

The police were called in.

The boy was found with injuries by a doctor.

Some time in March 2019, the same boy was in his father’s van collecting parcels when he vomited inside the vehicle.

The man got angry and grabbed the boy, choking him by lifting him up by the neck and back.

The boy started crying and screaming, as his father then told him that he hated him.

The father then tied the boy’s hands together with a bicycle cord, as the boy struggled to break free and dislodged a tooth in the process.

A passer-by witness snippets of the incident then called the police, who traced the man through his van’s license plate.

The boy was admitted into the hospital for 6 days before he was discharged and put under his maternal grandmother’s care.

The man was separately involved in a road rage incident, verbally abusing a bus driver some time in July 2018.

The man was involved in yet another incident in July 2019, throwing a chair at his wife (he missed) during an argument where she accused him of having an affair.

She then ran towards him and bit his right shoulder, before he bit her arms in retaliation as she then grabbed a knife from the kitchen and stabbed him.

The couple were then arrested after the police were called.

SENTOSA COVE CONDO RESIDENTS NO WEAR MASK LEPAK ONE CORNER

A netizen sends in an email to Singapore Uncensored and states that as a PHV he often sees condominium residents lepak one corner no wear mask.

Dear Sir,

I would like to share in my drives to Sentosa as a PHV driver .

When I enter into South or North cove, I would see many People especially a certain group of foreigners cycling very rudely and would not give way to cars .

Lately, I have seen so many people lying around the pools without mask’s and are suntanning. As well as chatting and talking to their friends without their masks on.

The picture was taken at the Coast condominium (north cove)  and it shows the guy just lying there and enjoying his book whereas we Singaporean’s are law-abiding and wearing our masks and praying that this pandemic would not spread. Imagine if we walk around our HDB estate without our masks on, or talk below the block with our friends without wearing our masks – what would happen to us? Is Sentosa any different? Does a different set of laws apply?

Lots of very rude cyclists turn into the condominium and I have been scolded and show vulgarities because I had to overtake them when they were riding side by side on a single road .  These cyclists were not wearing their mask and chatting happily on their expensive race bikes .

You can’t even honk at them or they would show you the hand and would give you hand signs stating i am watching you.

We need to let these people know that Sentosa is part of Singapore and even the cove has to abide by the local laws . ( Correct me if I am wrong )

This is just one example and I usually see many of them just walking leisurely without mask on the sidewalks .

Every time I come into the south or north cove, I would see these people not wearing mask and leisurely walking , speaking to each other in more than 4 with their mask on their chins .

Please come into Sentosa and have a look yourself. This is at Sentosa cove.

Thank you.

I would like to remain anonymous .
