WITH 120Hz ULTRAMOTION DISPLAY RAZER IS POISED TO TRUE BLUE GAMING PHONE!!

Razer is the pioneer of the gaming hardware market – from the first gaming mouse to the first true gaming laptop. Most recently, we’ve delivered our first mobile phone for gamers, setting the standard of what the ultimate mobile gaming experience should be—awesome performance, phenomenal speakers, to most importantly, a silky smooth 120hz UltraMotion display. Technically superior in every way, the Razer Phone is also the first device to support both HDR and 5.1 Netflix content.

We’ve often led the way for the rest to follow, and it is clear where the efforts of some these companies are, when you see knock-offs of the Razer Naga MMO mouse, Razer Firefly mat and more. I wouldn’t be surprised if we start to see copycat devices coming out this year calling themselves a gaming phone.

Competition and having options are great but I’d suggest gamers to never compromise and continue to demand for the best. We’ve worked with the brightest in the industry, as well as with you, to develop a phone with extreme emphasis on a 120Hz screen that improves motion resolution, reduces screen tearing, and input lag. Our gamers know how much of an impact a screen with fast refresh rates makes on a PC setup, and it is no different to those gaming on a phone.

We’ve worked with publishers to enable 120Hz gameplay on some of the top mobile games in the market such as Vainglory, Arena of Valor and Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition.

We deserve the best experience for our games, PC, and mobile. Face it—if it’s not 120Hz, it really shouldn’t be called a gaming phone.

NETIZEN SHARES WHY NOW IS THE RIGHT TIME TO QUIT SMOKING!!!

Me and my ex-BFF…..

I started smoking when I was 14 years old. That time, cigarettes were cheaper. I could get a stick of filtered 555 for $0.15. Then, I upgraded to Salem or Marlboro Menthol. A box of 10 @ $1.70 could last me nearly a week and I had to hide while smoking with friends.

When I went to NS, my craving for cigarettes grew. I needed 2 big packs of 20 sticks Marlboro @ $6.xx/pack for the whole week.

When I came out to work, 1 big pack of Marlboro @ $7.xx could only last me 2 days. Sometimes one day only if I went to clubs or karaoke.

Then came the turning point. My company stationed me in Hong Kong/China region. Marlboro in China costed only S$1.50 and I took advantage of this “discount”! I practically smoke stick after stick. I no longer buy cigarettes in boxes. I bought them in cartons. It’s common that I had cartons of cigarettes in my China home. Marlboro is my best friend now. The first and last thing I would do everyday is take a puff…..

During this time, my health deteriorated. I coughed regularly and would develop sore throat every now and then. My teeth stained with tar and I guess my breathe stinks because I felt people were avoiding my breathe when we talked.

One fateful day in 2009, I suddenly had this horrible pain in my chest. It was like someone literally tearing my chest apart while trying to break out from my body. My face turned pale and my chest sweat like a waterfall. I felt as like one of the victims from the Aliens movie, when the baby aliens broke out through the rib cage of the unfortunate victims. I fell to the floor, too weak to get help myself. I was living alone at that time. I thought my time is up.

Luckily, the phone was beside me. I struggled and quick dial to my company driver and told him I was in trouble, deep shit trouble. He had my house keys as I always had him running errands for me. He called an ambulance for me. I was admitted into the biggest hospital in ShenZhen. I suffered a heart attack called Aortic Dissertion Type B. I was evacuated back to Singapore for treatment.

I am lucky I made it back alive. I smoked and drank too much and my blood veins stiffened cause the rapture. Doctors told me to stop smoking immediately if I wanted to live on. I had no choice but to give up smoking since 2009.

Since then, my body felt better. I seldom cough or have sore throats anymore unless I ate too much peanuts. If calculating at $10/pack/day of cigarettes, over the years, I had saved a hefty amount of at least $20k.

All TDs are like my family members and kakis. If I could, I would like to wish each and everyone of you great fortune and great health. I just checked the price, a pack of LD cost $12.10 and so much restrictions on where you could smoke. Do yourself a favor and quit smoking!!! For your family and for yourself, do consider quitting!!! I really did it!!! So could you!!! 加油!!!

AFTER SEEING THIS YEAR BUDGET, NETIZEN FEELS LIKE HE BEING PENALIZED FOR LIVING IN HIS OWN COUNTRY!

This year’s budget certainly does not bring good news to many of us. Majority of the changes involve tax increases – maid levy, carbon tax, stamp duties, GST increase.

The Maid Levy will increase 13% and 70% (an increase of $320 and $2200 a year) for the 1st and 2nd helper in families without young children and elderly respectively. The reason cited is to discourage Singaporeans to rely too much on foreign domestic workers (FDW). Mediacorp Channel 8 came earlier today to ask for my views on the increase.

Honestly, an extra of $35 a month is not a lot of money. However, there are some important points and questions which ran through my mind.

1) If the government wants to help families with children and elderly, decrease their levy instead, and not increase levies for other households. Increasing levies is a cheap excuse to collect more tax and does not solve any problems.

2) If the increased levies go back into improving welfare for the foreign workers, then it is absolutely justifiable – but I do not think this is happening. Rather than increase the levy, the government should be calling for a compulsory increase in their wages, so that they can help the FDWs directly.

3) We hire FDWs because we NEED to, and not because we are lazy, as implied by our government. With long working hours and other commitments, we often need someone to look after the household. For myself, I spend long hours away at work, plus many meetings with SOSD. I need help to look after my dogs. A part time helper does not work because I will still need to be around – If I had the time to supervise a part-time helper, I would rather do the cleaning myself.

4) There is a surplus of 9.6 BILLION DOLLARS in 2017. The $100- $300 one time Angbao makes up only 7% of this surplus. There is no doubt that Singapore is rich (referring to the country). Where is the money going? – why is there a continued need for tax increases all the time (except during an election year)?

5) The message the government sends out every year is almost punitive – towards single men and women. I feel more and more every year that I am being penalised for living in my own country.

FEMALE KOREAN TOURIST GETS TAKEN ADVANTAGES OF AT CLARK AIRPORT IN PHILIPPINE!

I’m Korean. I think I left Korea around 10 p.m. and arrived at Clark Airport in the Philippines. As I fell asleep ,I do not know the exact time. People line up when they find their luggage. I didn’t know why because it was my first overseas trip. I thought I should line at security. But the person in front of the table used a cutter to rip open the food that had been sealed in the ice box and had it tested.

What is it? Should we open all our luggage and show it to him? I was embarrassed, but I felt I should cooperate. It was our turn and it turned out (they were customs officials. I still don’t know exactly who they are.) stared at our shopping bag, which said “duty free”. With a few simple English words, I bought the product at the duty-free shop at Incheon Airport. Actually, I can hardly speak English. The article is also based on the application of a translator. After explanation, we were taken to the small office next door. They kept talking to me in incomprehensible English.

Then I heard the words ‘Pay’ and ‘tax’ in my ears. Pay the tax … And they wrote down on a piece of paper and showed me, “$137”. Why do they buy things at duty-free shops? That is why I intend to buy it more cheaply. But if I paid $ 137 it was more expensive than what I paid at the department store in Korea. I didn’t get it and I said it was for me to use and I wanted to give it back to my friends in Korea. The representative told me “I can’t trust you.” and asked for my husband’s brother and his wife to call us outside the airport. Because we are not good at English … they refused and I could not use the translator or the phone. Then they yelled at us and brought in a sign about the customs and put it down in front of us with a bang. And new people with radios also joined, yelling out “Go back Korea” to us. I held back my tears.

My husband walked out of the office and complained, and the clerk tried to push him. Then another staff member appeared and stopped him, pointing to CCTV. Then he came with a paper, forced the signature, and when he didn’t, he tried to leave it on my lap. I was tied up for about two hours. Then he wrapped our things in tape, put them in the warehouse next to the office, and locked the door with a key. We gave up and left the airport to receive the documents. We arrived at 6 a.m. after driving to our final destination, Subic, for an hour. The next day at 5 p.m. I was told to pick up the things and we spent an hour at Clark Airport, but they didn’t meet. Then they told us to come back at 10 p.m. the next day, four hours before leaving the Philippines, and we had to go back to Subic. After checking in on the departure day, I went to see him continuously from 10 p.m. The last time I was told to come was at 1:00 a.m.

Our flight time was 1:30 a.m.They stopped me in front of the office for more than 30 minutes and did not respond. After boarding time, I heard an announcement calling my name and it was not until then that they gave me a call and asked me to pay for it. I understand that if you bring something to Korea, you will not be taxed. I asked him whether cash was available and if payment by credit card was possible, but he said no. It was already past boarding time and I had to give up my things and run to the gate. The work did not end there. So, I quickly joined my husband and in front of the checkpoint, he put the watch and the cigarette he was wearing in the basket and ran out of the checkpoint. When I was running, my husband shouted that my watch was missing. It was a watch which cost over 70,000 pesos. As the husband looked for his watch in confusion, the checkpoint quietly held out his watch. It was outrageous but we ran again because the boarding time was short. And we realized when we were on board. The electronic cigarettes that I put in the basket with my watch disappeared. my first trip to the Philippines gave me only distrust. If my friend had let me interpret the tax when I first came to understand that it was justifiable or if I had let him use a translator, I wouldn’t question it. They were very overbearing and made a fool of us. I never wanted to visit the Philippines again. I spent most of my time at the hotel, feeling uneasy about the possibility of the Philippine locals attacking me.Even if I do have a chance to visit the Philippines again, I will never use Clark Airport again. They received my possessions, worth 30,000 pesos, and their distrust and disgrace were shared. But when I meet Filipinos in Korea, I will give them a friendly reception. As I am different from them …

I have a video clip that shows the faces of customs officials in charge. A memo with the name of the person in charge obtained from the airline’s staff is also included. But actually, I do not use Facebook properly. So, I attach this to the text and I modify it. As you can see in the video, I wasn’t holding up after boarding time, and they weren’t doing anything about it, and they were fooling around on one side alone. And he said, don’t take pictures of me.

VIRAL VIDEO ABOUT KL SHOOT OUT YST WAS JUST A MOVIE SCENE SHOOTING !

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 23 ― Kuala Lumpur police chief Datuk Seri Mazlan Lazim said the video on the shootings, which has circulated around the web via web-based networking media today, was not a genuine episode but rather just a scene being video for a motion picture.

“There were no shootings, so general society don’t need to stress over the episode,”

The one-minute eight-second video which demonstrated gunfire trade between a police group and a few hoodlums, likewise observed two casualties secured with blood lying out and about, accepted to have been killed.
