I hope to create awareness for those who disregard laws in public.
It was 1pm on 12/08/17 right outside the Zoo drop off point area. My company was holding a company event just beside the drop off point area. With so many children around, this guy in black from the photo doesn’t seem to obey the law of no smoking at designated area.
I was mad as there is many children around and I m carrying my 1yr old son. It was raining heavily and I m waiting for transport. Everyone had to tolerate his inconsiderate behaviour!
It’s not cool to show off to your followers that you’re daring and rebellious by breaking the law!
Yesterday, my mother bought 2 curry puffs from Suntec Hans cafe. Today when she took a bite and found curry puff taste weird and muddy, to her horror, the filling inside already have mold!
Public please be aware when you buy the curry puff from Suntec Hans cafe.
Not sure how many had been sold to unaware customers?
No wonder so many ppl said Grab is s**ks!
Apparently i have reset my phone & re-download this app.
And YES. I am using the same account.
But!! I need to re-enter my card details. And yes. Its gonna charge me $1 for entering my card again!
Okay, I don’t usually post about Grab nor Uber. Especially if is an Uncle. But this one pissed me off to max that I eventually argue with him in the car before I alighted. So this is what happen.
Me and my boyf booked a grab just a moment ago, from Primz Bizhub, to my place. After we have collected our gowns and suit, he couldn’t find our FCUKING location because is at the back, so he waited for us at the lobby, we walked over to lobby with our heavy stuff obviously.
The minutes I board the car he told me there’s a $5.00 surcharge because we made him wait for 10MINUTES. Okay, so our mistake here was he can’t find us? And it become our mistake, never mind. I just felt that $5.00 surcharge was way too much is almost 90% of our fares. I went to Google it while we are on the way to check the surcharge. So what I found was *5MINUTES GRACE PERIOD IS PROVIDED DURING PICK-UP* so which mean we’re late for only 5minutes and that yes, we’re suppose to pay surcharge since he waited, but it stated is $3 not FCUKING $5.00. So I kept quiet throughout till we reach.
He pressed on his apps to charge and extra $5.00, on my end obviously I stopped him straight away. And argue with him over the fact that we’re given 5minutes grace period and suppose the charge would be $3 and not $5!
So whoever is taking GRAB please note that surcharge is $3 and not $5. At the same time a 5minutes grace period would be given. On TOP of that $5.00 surcharge applies only if you make an extra stop.
I really didn’t want to post this here but given that you chose to ignore my private FB messages and continue pushing promo stuff on this page – thought this might actually be a better idea.
I took flights TR-2062 and TR-2069 on Tuesday 8 August from Singapore to Hong Kong and back. After I touched down, I noticed my arms and back had a cluster of bed bug bites. As it was a daytrip to HK, these bites could not have come from anywhere apart from the plane.
I’ve taken fly scoot’s planes a couple of times now so the fact that there are bed bugs on the seats of your planes is extremely concerning for me. I also noticed that this does not seem to be the first time
What’s even more appalling is your careless attitude to what appears to be a serious issue which concerns the health of passengers onboard your planes.
Would appreciate a response, thanks.

We need to give more help to parents to have children.
After writing “National day focus: Something very wrong with preschool help?” (Aug 10), about the childcare fees’ financial assistance for a family of four with two children and gross household monthly income of $4,501 – I shall now write about the financial assistance for kindergarten fees, using the same family as an example.
According to a media report this year – “The PCF could not provide a range for how much fees would increase by, but a letter to parents from PCF Sparkletots Preschool @ Nanyang Blk 922 on revised fees — which was has been circulating online since last week — showed that from next year, K2 fees will be S$617.90 a month for Singapore citizens. Permanent residents (PRs) will pay S$765 and foreigners pay S$926.80.
For infant care, fees would be S$1235.80 a month for citizens, S$1,530.10 for PRs and S$1,853.70 for foreigners.”
In this connection, the Maximum % of Fee Assistance for household income of $4,501 is up to 35 per cent or Maximum Fee Assistance of up to $60.
So, does it mean that this family will get only $60 of financial assistance for each of their two childten’s kindergarten fees?
The infamous couple of Toa Payoh who bullied an elderly man in a hawker centre were fined in court today. Tay Puay Leng, was fined $1,200 for the usage of abusive language towards the elderly man and Chow Chuin Yee was fined $1,500 for using criminal force.
The maximum sentence for Ms Tay could be jailed up to six months and fined up to $5,000 and the maximum sentence for Mr Chow could have been jailed up to three months and fined up to $1,500. You can refer to our links below for a brief history of this duo.
