61-YEAR-OLD MAN TOOK UPSKIRT VIDEO OF 60-YEAR-OLD LADY

61-year-old Poon Heng Wah was caught for taking upskirt videos of a woman at a supermarket. He typically spends four days a week taking upskirt footage and would end

up with almost over 20 videos a day.

This lasted for a month before he was caught.

He pleaded guilty in court and was sentenced to 4 months in jail on the 25th of November 2019.

On the 9th of August 2017, Poon was in an NTUC located at Kangkar Mall, Hougang. He saw a woman who is busy looking at vegetables, he sneaks behind her and took an upskirt video of the woman which lasted 2min and 13 seconds.

Just minutes after the first victim, he saw another woman in the freezer section of the supermarket and took another upskirt video that lasted in 1min and 2 seconds long.

Poon would often target the woman who made him feel “aroused”.

On the same day at 5.20 pm, Poon spotted a 60-year-old and followed her to a food stall. While the victim was queuing to buy food, Poon went behind her and took a video of her.

The video lasted 30 seconds.

Poon wanted to record another video but was caught by a passerby. Which eventually lead to his arrests.

MAN BLOCKS TRAFFIC AT JALAN BESAR TO POINT MIDDLE FINGER

A man was seen blocking another car at Jalan Besar. He steps out of his vehicle and started to taunt the driver behind him.

He then points middle finger non-stop.

The video has no audio, but through simple lip-reading, you can guess what he is actually says.

13 YEAR OLD GIRL MISSING FOR OVER 3 DAYS. PLEASE HELP

The Police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of 13-year-old Ms Syarah Nur Arina Binte Md Iskandar.

She was last seen at Blk 987B Buangkok Green on the 24 November 2019 at about 12 am.

MAN DIED AFTER HE WAS LICKED BY DOG

USA, Washington – A 63-year-old man was admitted to the hospital for pain on his left leg and suffered from flu-like symptoms and difficulty in breathing.

The doctor discovered that his kidneys were failing and had a low supply of oxygen in his body.

Initially, doctors were dumbfounded and did not know what was wrong with him, the man did not have any obvious wounds and the doctors had to send him for a blood test.

The blood test revealed that bacteria commonly found in the saliva of household pets such as cats or dogs. The bacteria itself does not harm cats or dogs but can be deadly if transmitted to humans.

This Bacteria known as C. Canimorsus are normally transmitted when a dog or cat bites.

Researchers advise pet owners with flu-like symptoms to seek medical care quickly. As 25% of such people contracted with C. Canimorsus dies.

The man suffered from brain diseases, kidney failure and was put on a breathing machine and passed away 16 days later.

FAKE PANADOL FOUND IN MALAYSIA. BEWARE!

Panadol is a household essential item for headaches or to ease pain. It is also a common item that is used by travellers.

Lately, a post about fake panadol has made many worried. The identified variation is Panadol ActiFast, commonly used to ease headaches.

How to identify,

There are no significant differences in the front of the packaging.

Spelling error, the real panadol is by GlaxoSmithKline not ClaxoSmithKline

The fake pills do not have a nice shape.

MAN ORDERS $66,000 WORTH OF VAPING DEVICES ONLINE, SEIZED BY AUTHORITIES

The Immigration and Checkpoints Authority and the Health Science Authority jointly launched law enforcement operations against illegal devices and seized a large number of electronic cigarettes and related accessories, with an estimated market value of about $66,000. 

According to the authorities, A 28-year-old man is assisting authorities in the investigation.

Most of the products that were seized appear to be a popular vape brand known as Relx, a pod system vape device that is commonly seen in KSL mall (Malaysia, Johor Bahru)

Immigration and Checkpoint Authority officers found eight packages at Changi Air Freight Center on the 7 of July 2019, which contained 24 sets of e-cigarettes and more than 1,200 related accessories. 

The Health Science Authority raided the suspect’s home and found another five sets of electronic cigarettes and nearly 3,200 related accessories.

Just two weeks ago on the 13 November, ICA officers found 160 sets of electronic cigarettes and 300 related accessories in seven packages at the Changi Air Freight Center as well.

Initial investigations revealed that the 28-year-old man involved in the case purchased the batch of electronic cigarettes and accessories online and falsely declared the items as electronics and beauty products.

REPEAT CHILD SEX OFFENDER ASSAULTED 13 Y.O GIRL

A 48-year-old man is back in the mercy of the law after committing a sexual assault on a 13-year-old girl. A gag order has been placed, therefore the man cannot be named.

His series of crimes started back in 1980 for robbery, disorderly behaviour and in possession of obscene films. His most recent conviction was in 2006 for raping a 16-year-old girl, he was sentenced to jail and rotan until he was released six years ago.

Even after a jail term and getting whipped by the rotan, the man did not learn his lesson and committed a sex crime against a 13-year-old twice.

The man got close with the 13-year-old after providing a place for the girl to stay whenever she runs away from home. She hangs out with the 48-year-old like a friend in the neighbourhood. The man treated the girl as his daughter and would send her to school as well as pick her up.

Whenever the girl runs away from home, she would seek refuge at the man’s house. He sometimes gives the girl money and cigarettes.

The first incident

In Augst 2017, the man gave the girl a “massage” on the girl’s leg and slowly move and make his way to her upper body. He then pulled down the girl’s jeans and underwear.

The girl told the man that she did not like it, but the man told her to “relax” and continued assaulting her. He did not stop until the victim was sterned and expressed that she did not like.

The Second Incident.

A few months later around December 2018 to Jan 2019, the victim was sleeping on a bed in the man’s home.

She woke up in the middle of the night after the man pulled down her jeans and underwear again, she then got off the bed and pulled her jeans back up. The man apologised to the girl but sometimes an apology is not enough.

Mother found out

The victim’s mother found out about the incident and reported to the Police, the man later found out that the police were after him and he went into hiding. He felt betrayed by the girl and finally surrendered to the Police after the Chinese new year.

He will be sentenced next month.

SMUGGLERS GETTING CREATIVE MODIFY ROOF TO STORE CONTRABAND

According to a post by ICA, ICA officers who were on duty at Tuas Checkpoint on the 22 of November stopped a Malaysian vehicle from entering Singapore. The officers discovered 502 cartons and 1260 packets of contraband cigarettes.

The officers stopped a 32-year-old Malaysian female driver and directed the driver for further checks.

The vehicle was modified to store cigarettes in the roof and undercarriage of the vehicle.

The female driver has been referred to Singapore Customs for further investigations.

MOTORBIKE HITS GRANDMA AND SPEEDS OFF. SEEKING WITNESS

Hi all, pls help me to share:

I’m looking for any witnesses for an accident which happened on 23rd Nov 2019, around 8.56 am along the T-Junction of New Upper Changi Road & Bedok South Avenue 1.
My grandma was Hit & Run by a red light beating motorcycle, believe to be a male riding a small cc 2b motorcycle.

She does not remember the bike plate number but remembers the guy stopping to look at her after hitting her, and sped off.

She is currently warded in CGH, may need an operation to insert a metal plate into her leg, but the operation very high risk due to her lungs condition & her age (80+)
