A month ago I engaged the services of a carpenter. His English proficiency isn’t the best but I engaged him because he is an independent in the same vein I go to Indie coffee shops than to Starbucks.

I made 50% payment to his PayLah mobile number. However, he didn’t realize that the PayLah mobile was still tagged to the previous holder of the phone number as his mobile number was a recycled number. Obviously the poor chap did not get the payment. He went to a DBS branch to seek help but after more than 2 weeks, DBS has written to me that they are unable to help in this matter.

This situation highlights the weakness of PayLah, monies still ends up the wallet of the person who doesn’t own or use the mobile number.

It is so easy for your officers to just decide that they can’t help, it was just as easy for the poor carpenter to assume he will receive the $700 because he owns the mobile number now.
DBS needs to do more to provide all the assistance for the reinstatement of the money to the proper beneficiary.

This guy name Toh Tian En Caesar owe me $4400 . He start using my money since july 2017 , when he know that im pregnant to his child but he just spend my money on.scooter and dont even let me use a single cents . Even i when for my check up he dont even give me money to pay for my check up he just say he no money when all my money was with him till i give birth he still dont let me use a single cent .

After i give birth he dont even take any responsible to the child still betray me when i just finish my confinement , he got together with another girl when i found out he still wanna lie to me that he and the girl is nothing , nothing can kiss can hug and still stay over at the girl house . I told him that i wanna leave he asked me to stay and say that he love me not her haha he still came back and take money from me and he even take the money that actually is for the child , he break up with the girl and came back to me and tell me how much he love me all that .

When i started to work he asked me to give him money to buy dualtron so i work for 8hr 5-6 days a week to get hime a dualtron after he get the dualtron he went back to the girl and still continue taking money from me . He even still owing someone else money i also helped him pay abit to the person, till his birthday i bought a wallet that cost $160 for him as a birthday present but he even ask me to get a dualtron ultra battery for him also .

He dose not feel xiasuay for doing all this , i just wanna get back all my money from him . I dose not have any prove to show that he took my money cause he break my phone le i will try to get all the prove back . He like to tell others that things that im saying is lie , he dont even work how he got money . His fb name Caesar Ng .

most importantly, i felt true happiness.
even touched, when uncle asked for my name and if i lived around the area while drifting in & out of consciousness. he doesn’t have any ID, and couldn’t tell me if he has any family members.

him thanking me non-stop wasn’t what i was after at all. just worried and wanted him to be fine. he seemed genuinely worried about all the medical fees, how he gonna come home from hospital, whether i helped him pick up all his shillings($1.80 was all he had). i told him, ‘Uncle, no need to worry all these, you just calm down and stay still first.’

upon hearing, few passerby shoved 2$-10$ into his pocket with him being confused ‘why i got so much money all of a sudden?’

they just said, ‘your money dropped.’

while i was attending to uncle, many did want to help but have not much idea how to. i told them i called the ambulance, please assist to flag down the ambulance along the road.

there are still some humanity left in sg. not one person started videoing the incident because all were genuinely trying to help. photos were taken by a colleague because we were running late to board vessel offshore for work (need evidence la.. no customer would believe, so sad right?)

sharing this is to bring awareness to as many people as possible, that, while many parts of the world are crumbling and in chaos, whatever & however little effort we put in to make the world a better place, it still makes a difference.

It was turning dark and I was finishing my evening jog when I noticed someone standing beside the Yellow beacon tower.

It was very dark and a woman turned around and smiled at me.

I walked to the front of the tower and nothing was there. I thought I might have seen wrongly. But I was pretty sure I saw the hair of the woman. I went home and told my wife about it.

My wife told me that 26 years ago, a woman was stabbed at the Yellow beacon tower and till today the case is not solved.

See for yourself and be judge. The behaviour is totally unacceptable here. Beware of this Chinese woman on the loose. Feel free to share and made her “famous” online.

On 29 Oct at around 6.50pm at Blk 154 Serangoon North laundry shop. I encounter this crazy “Chinese” woman and there is another auntie witness the whole incident too .

Earlier at around 6.10pm i went to the laundry shop. Nobody is around and the quickest time for 1 of the 5 machine to finish is 15mins.

So I came back at 6.50pm I saw one auntie inside waiting for the dryer. All the 5 machines stopped washing. So I took a basket provided by the laundry shop and took out the “washed laundry” from 1 of the machine. Suddenly out of no where the “Chinese” woman started yelling why I touched her laundry and put it into those “unhygenic” basket which is full of germs and my hand is dirty too. I told her the basket provided by the shop is for such purpose not to “jam” up other user.

She refused to listen and say I touched her laundry with my dirty hands without her permission. She wanted to call the police and say she is from a “very rich” family she want to sue me in Court. I said go ahead call the police. I didnt do anything that is wrong. She ask me to give her my name and NRIC number. I told her off she is crazy need eat medications I have right not to give.

According to this Chinese woman all the 5 machines she had used and she is standing outside the shop waiting for the auntie to finish using the dryer. Chinese woman said she will only transfer the washed laundry to dryer upon the auntie finished her drying. I told her shop got 4 dryer. Auntie only uses 2 dryer the other 2 dryer can use. This Chinese woman said she only want to use the 2 dryer at the top. The bottom 2 dryer she don’t like and dont want to use. SO ALL INCOMING CUSTOMERS CANNOT USE THE 5 Washing Machines until she empty it by herself. All user who wanted to use the machine all cannot use for the time being.

Eventually the police came I am happy to chitchat with the policeman and give them my details. The shop owner came too gave her a FREE wash. I think the owner do that to avoid all the unwanted situation she created.

I took a short video of her and her crazy ranting and yelling. She even tried slapping me but I avoided it only her finger touched my cheek.
That auntie witness all. Auntie said the Chinese lady also disturbed her before I came. She told auntie to stop spinning the dryer and let her use the top dryer and table.

She kept saying she is “Very rich and husband is lawyer” she want take me to court.
Why this type can get PR in Singapore har!!! from the ID she gave the police.

This Chinese woman is a regular at one of the SG Casino which casino no ppl want to say (verified by many fb users) UNFORTUNATELY she was BANNED by the casino for some behaviours she did there.
According to one fb user she had “mistakenly” took other customer’s chips and treat it as her own.
According to another she had owed some “money” and used others “money” for gambling but treat it as her own.
