Initially, she think that is was a normal massage but later felt confuse and lodged a police report.

The culprit is Sin Tiong Khen 60-years-old due to his age he cannot be caned as he is above the age of 50-years-old.

“I have seen comments saying finders keepers but I strongly disagree with whoever came up with that analogy.

“It just shows how one can let greed and selfishness take over their conscience without thinking about how the other party would feel. Think before you act. The good will always be rewarded with good.

“I also sincerely thank everyone who has helped me to share and track this lady. I am extremely grateful and no amount of thank yous will ever be enough. I will be extremely vigilant from now on.”

Due to a gag order to hide the boy’s identity no names will be revealed to protect the boy.

On Feb 12 2016, the art teacher was left alone with the secondary 1 boy in class after the rest of the student leave the class. After the boy was left alone this was the teacher’s chance to do the unspeakable.

Prior to touching the boy, he also ask questions about leg hair and masturbation and proceeded to touch the young boy. After the incident happened, the boy confided in his mother, the mother called up the form teacher at 9.30pm and told her about the incident.

The form teacher who is the boy’s english teacher told the judge that she remembered how angry the mother was after finding out what had happened. Later on the mother pass the phone to her son and the boy described what had happened.

The trial is currently still pending.

A car caught fire on CTE earlier today at around 4am+. SCDF were alerted to the fire at around 4.30am. The jam happened towards AYE near Ang Mo Kio Ave 3.

SCDF deployed the fire fighting team to the scene and the fire was put out. Luckily no was injured in this incident.

The jam lasted till 9am this morning. Netizens are still astounded at the number of cars that caught fire recently.
