EMPLOYER NEVER PAY MAID SALARY FOR 1 WHOLE YEAR!!!

A 30-year-old woman was charged on Tuesday for failing to pay her maid’s wage for 1 full year, the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) announced today.

Li Jun, a Singaporean, faces 13 charges for breaching the Work Permit Conditions under the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act.

She had failed to pay her maid, a Myanmar national, any salary between 7 March last year and 21 February this year, which amounted to $5,700 in total arrears.

She faces up to a $10,000 fine and imprisonment of up to 12 months or both per charge. Her case will be heard again on 12 September.

On Aug 16 in lieu for refurbishment, Century Square being oldest of three malls in Tampines said property manager AsiaMalls Management.

Expected completion of the $60 million investment is to be finished by the second half of 2018.

New facade cladding and interior layout changes are part of the upgrades. With new washrooms, lifts, escalators, and large nursing rooms await shoppers.

With it reopening, shoppers will have free WiFi and mobile charging stations made available with new roof deck put onto the fifth floor.

Of the 218 shops more than 50 per cent will be by new tenants with cinema operator Flimgarde, Eighteen Chefs, Gymmboxx and Hai Di Lao. Another family friend features included with family floor offer childcare center services and enrichment center.

MURDERED MAN AT TECK WHYE INVITED KILLER TO STAY WITH HIM OUT OF SYMPATHY

The man who was found lying at the foot of block 165A at Teck Whye Crescent has been identified as Mohammad Roslan Zaini, 35.

It was understood that he was stabbed in the chest and chased down the block, leaving a trail of blood all the way to the pavement. The suspect was arrested in the nearby housing estate. The weapon used for the stabbing is still not found. Both the killer and Mr Roslan were flatmates.

Mr Roslan was a divorcee who used to live with his ex wife and son in the same unit. Neighbours mentioned that the unit will be full of people every Saturday and CNB had inquired about the occupants if they were there to do drugs.

The killer used to sleep along the corridors and the staircase for two years before Mr Roslan invited him to stay in his flat six months ago. He informed neighbours that he invited the killer to stay in his house out of sympathy.

i, I just want to share out a scam to warn people for getting cheated. The person name Leonard 9038****. I have no much info on that. Recommended by my relative that this is one of the way to earn some pocket money (because he managed to get profit).

When you bank in money to this person you will get 21% payout every 2 days. So I banked in to him and I got the receipt from him. At first I got my 2 payouts. After that there is no more payout since 2 months ago. Keep chasing him and he will says will update later. But at the end there is nothing to my account from him.

He will keep delay and delay but there is no payout since 2 months ago. I know I am stupid to trust this but now I do not want to see more people getting involve in this. So, please share this to your friends and family. Do not trust Leonard 9038**** !!!
