Noise nuisance: Blk 221 Pending Road In your email, you mentioned that your immediate neighbour use to close their door and gate loudly during midnight which disturb your rest.  We refer to your email of 27 Apr 2017 to PMO.
In a high-rise, high density living environment, a certain degree of noise is inevitable. HDB flat residents would need to exercise consideration by generating less noise and showing some degree of tolerance towards their neighbours,so as to achieve a harmonious living environment. We believe that most noise nuisance cases can be resolved amicably, if both parties are willing to communicate. If this fails, the parties can seek mediation at a Community Mediation Centre (CMC).
CMC’s role is to provide mediation services to the public so as to cultivate a more harmonious, civil and gracious society. We hope that you could consider seeking CMC assistance to resolve your dispute with your neighbour. You may register via CMC’s enquiry line at 1800-2255529 or register online at www.mlaw.gov.sg

I’m an overweight female (like really overweight) who is looking to lose some weight. the thing is, I don’t know where to start in terms of exercising.
I’m already slowly changing my food intake and is trying to walk on a regular basis.
however, i have read that if i were to lose weight, I’d be covered with loose skin and that scares me a lot. I’ve read that weight training together with cardio helps reduce the amount of loose skin i’ll get.
anyhoo, i’ve not exercised in a really long time and i actually do not know where to start. so i thought of getting a personal trainer whom can guide me along the way and possibly be my support system. does anybody know any trainers who usually helps overweight hopeless females?
