Hi, I would like to bring you to an attention for companies threatening and forcing shops or individuals to buy fire extinguishers from them. They came to my shop this afternoon and told us we had to purchase fire extinguisher from them if not cannot pass the fire safety. Usually we purchase our own extinguishers from trusted company ourselves and they dun go door to door and hard sell them btw.
Over the phone, we ask our staffs dun buy from them but they force our staffs to sign on our behalf instead! Once we put down the phone they want our staff to sign! Our staff also blur blur go sign becoz they say they scared. They look fierce and threatening to them.
I tried called the company but nobody pick up. Only voice mail. Called the SCDF to clarify the incident and they acknowledge they dun endorse any companies that do door to door sales although they encourage public to have them for safety. They suggest we call CASE or police if this senecio persist.

A woman that was pregnant encountered old people that think that just because they are old they are self-entitled and do not need to follow the rules of society. There is a saying “yi lao mai lao” meaning they think they old can use that as selling point to do or get whatever they want.
One more point. Make sure when you are old you dont behave like a lao C*B.

Im so sure it was our mistakes not yours and we apologise for the above issue.
Mr Bashir, sir, we are just typical MALAY satay seller, and we have been here running this family satay business for over 20 years here in D’rubinah Restaurant Sembawang, and here goes … Mr Bashir, we are not here to “CHEAT YOU”. Honestly sir, we’re Not to here to “TIPU you !” As you mention “Practice”??
We shall not! and never “practice” to cheat our customers.
We’re just a small little makeshift satay stall located at the back lane of the restaurant.

My Uncle Cik Mazlan was the griller tonight and I believe he with must have missed those 3 sticks satay due to our heavy orders a while ago. Our apologies for the above mistakes. Just to let you know, Mr Bashir, My apologies too for the shortages of your ordered satays.
Mr Bashir, please feel free to come by the shop anyday except Monday as we are Close on that day.

SGH also…my mum-in-law passed away in year 2000 in hospital age 72. Her daugther’s medisave all used up, paid the medical bills. One day, Debt collector came to my house in year 2005, asking for my mum-in-law’s name and mentioned the out standings of $145.
I told the uncle she passed away. The uncle was so angry with SGH’s stupid efficiency. He apologised and told me, he know how to handle this issue. I told the uncle, if they want the money, go to the cemetary. The uncle laughed. After that no news.
Dear friends and parents who plan to bring the children to ArtZoo,
please keep a look out for adults jumping in the inflatables with the children… some children i saw were as young as 18 months old.
My 7 year old girl, Charlotte, had an accident where by someone heavier and bigger than her jumped beside her and she flew straight out of the bouncing inflatable, landed flat down (head down first) on the hard ground.
We didnt know who is that irresponsible feller as it all happened within seconds. The area she landed has a big fire extinguisher on the ground. Really Thank God she didnt hit her head against the fire extinguisher. 😑
We feedback to one of the staff there and I hope the management should do something about this to prevent future such incidents from happening. Adult (parents) i feel can go in to look after the younger ones but they should not be jumping!
I hope theres no minor concussion as her head landed down first and we are going away for a road trip tomorrow.
Didnt expect to end our experience there so badly with ArtZoo as we had a great time at the beggining. 🙁
My post is public. Please share for awareness. Who would expect such accidents can happen with bouncing castle. Bouncing out of it its quite extreme and unbelievable but yes it happened to us. Hope the organiser can see my post too. We are still in shock.
EDITED: Art-Zoo has gotten back to me and will let their technical director knows. Hope better management will be implemented for the safety of all children.
Ps: I do not have any photos or whatsoever because at that point of time our priority was her well being and not taking photos of the fall.
