I am Evangeline (visually impaired). I find painting for the theme based on Mongolia challenging and intriguing as I have never been there before. However, I have created painting that will create wishes like inner peace, love and harmony. I hope to extend these wishes to all of the people, regardless of races, religion and colour.
My paintings are priced at $300 each of which 30% will go to NUSS and 70% to myself.

Starting June 2018, new homes are required to install smoke detectors in their homes when an updated Fire Code is released. Citizens, mainly newly-weds, who are looking to buy a new HDB or private estate will be the ones to bear the cost for the smoke detectors. It is known that the price of installation of the product will cost around $110 – $130.
These smoke detectors are battery-operated and they are designed in a way to alert citizens when they sense smoke in the vicinity. They are not connected to any emergency services (e.g. SCDF, SPF) should a detection occur.
The number of calls to SCDF over the last 5 years have been dropping gradually, From 4,702 fire calls in 2016, to 4,114 in 2016. That amount is the lowest since 1978.
It’s not the first or fifteen of the Chinese lunar calendar. This woman was burning in front of my door. When I was opening my house gate, she made the fire bigger, making it impossible for my 2 year old daughter and I to leave house.
Yet she has the guts to say I am causing trouble.

My son was in tears today as he was upset and angry that he couldn’t do anything to save this little fellow. I thought it was because of heat.
So we tried to keep it in shade and give water. But later saw many pigeons struggling for its life…as they were poisoned.Animals hunt other animals for food. But I think human is the only species that kill other species for what….

Hi Ofo Bicycle. My name is Alvin from Malaysia. This evening I’m on the back home, i saw your bicycle been throw at the grassland. I don’t know who is the end user.
I really feel disappointed and sad when i see this irresponsible act happen in Singapore. So however, the bicycle already pick up and park in a safety place. It may have some damage and need to repair it as well. Thank you. #OFO Bicycle Gambateh.

A man was arrested after unlawfully doing his own demonstration for asking PM Lee to resign. This is not the first time he did this. A year ago he tried to get a permit to protest of course it is rejected.
The 41-year-old man criticised Singapore but was found out with delusional disorder of a persecutory type.
