Scammer that escaped to Thailand after scamming
Chris lee has approached a few of my friends and people i know, to borrow money or to get people to invest, sometimes claiming he working for a casino boss sometimes as a cnb officer.
According to friends, he has managed to con some of their money then started threatening. As for me, i am fortunate that i am aware about him if not i will be a victim too.

A vehicle overturned at the junction of Havelock road yesterday. It has been reported that the incident happened in the afternoon. Photo was taken on 18 May 2017 6pm+.
The accident happened when the van and a car collided. Traffic police are on scene directing the traffic as at least two lanes were affected by the accident.
Let’s hope that the driver is okay.

People always perceive that eating durian will become fat.
Some even said that “Eat durian get diabetes”, but research in both Thailand has proven that the king of fruits has certain health benefits when consumed in moderation.
It contains vitamins such as vitamin-C, folic acid, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6 and vitamin A. Important minerals such as potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium, sodium, zinc, phosphorus are found in durian.
Properties of durian.
1. Helps sterilise the sulphur in the meat as a mild antibiotic.
2. Helps metabolise and generate ‘heat’ of sulphur. Therefore, to reduce obesity.
3. High in fibre to aid digestion
4. Contains anti-oxidant and vitamin E. boosts immune system, prevent cancer and inhibit free radical activity, improve digestion, strengthen bones, reduces signs of anaemia, cure insomnia, prevent premature ageing, lower blood pressure, and protect against cardiovascular diseases.
I find it a bit concerning when drivers film you (particularly with audio).
The reason given was because they are filming the car behind, why not at the back then?
Can someone please advise what are the rules around this from a passenger’s perspective.

A family of three who resides in the western part of Myanmar passed away shortly after eating pufferfish. The family felt unwell after shortly after consuming puffer fish.
The father who is a fisherman caught the fish and brought it home for the family. He gave the fish to his wife and prepare a meal for the family. Among the 3 there was a 5-year-old daughter.
The family of three was sent to the hospital, on the way to the hospital the father passed away. While the daughter and mother died later on in the hospital. Before the passing away, the mother explained what happened.
Remember education is key. The residents of the village did not know about the hazards of the pufferfish.
I was very disappointed with the staff at the cashier and especially the old man standing in charge at the self checkout counters. NONE OF THEM CAME FORWARD TO CHECK IF THE LADY WAS ALRIGHT OR OFFERED HELP OR AT LEAST BRING HER A SEAT!!! Especially that old man, he just stood far away and didn’t even show concern at all!!!
Though he might be old and thinking he can’t be of much help, he could at least come forward to show concern or bring her a chair…don’t you all agree???
Really wonder how the staff are trained and if they are trained at all to attend to such sudden incident. Seriously, I think they should change the floor tiles coz you can’t see if there’s liquid on the floor at all. It is quite dangerous coz I do see quite a lot of elderly folks who patronise this outlet.
