A screenshots of a telegram group by Indians were recently posted on the forum Hardwarezone. Through the chat, they were teaching their fellow countrymen how to to scheme their way to enter Singapore even if they are infected with the Covid virus.

One man even stated on how he tested positive for Covid but he still managed to travel to Singapore via Dubai. He even stated on how the Corona Virus does not affect kids. Once the quarantine period of 14 days is up, you can travel anywhere and nobody will question you.
