My wife just started using NTUC’s online shopping to order groceries recently and for the 2 times she shopped, the eggs we bought cracked. The 2nd time, more than half the tray of eggs cracked.

My wife wrote in to feedback but there wasn’t any reply from them. I think NTUC has been doing a great job so far and I choose to believe these are isolated cases.
NTUC, do look into all the feedback so that you will continue to be the people’s supermarket.
