Here is the story:
I’m a 23-year-old woman and I really struggle socially, especially with other women my age. And just women in general.
I play a ton of videogames, i like plants and anything to do with aquariums or animals in general. I like to draw and listen to music a lot and I’ve recently been learning more about computers in general.
But…that’s about it tbh. I spend a lot of time alone playing video games and I feel like a lot of people get…I don’t know, bored of me quickly because of my shallow pool of interests.?
I struggled to make healthy friendships with other women including my mom and sister growing up and sometimes I want to vent my feelings to someone who understands the struggles of being a woman to.
I’m just curious what people are into nowadays.

I play FFXIV and because I’m in the roleplaying scene I made a lot of friends through that, and I can vent to them or talk to them about real-life things and it doesn’t feel weird.
The pandemic didn’t really help with my real-life socializing, so I’ve gone very online with it.
Plus, you’d be surprised by how close some of your online friends are, so meeting up in person at a convention or something like that might be a good idea.
As a woman into video games, you just gotta find your other women into video games, and we’re just crawling all over the internet.

Don’t ask yes/no questions, ask questions they’ll need to elaborate or go in detail. From there you ask about the details, eventually, it’ll come naturally.
And you can do this with anyone, regardless of gender.
