Facebook user Chen WL shared how he has been repeatedly woken up by a group of people who always gather under his block late at night and making a lot of noise drinking while drinking and smoking, laughing and shouting.
He said that the group gathered from 11pm until the next morning at about 7am when he left for work, and added that he has been woken up by their ruckus at 3am every other day.
In the photos that he shared, the group could be seen playing cards, while one of the woman was seen with a cigarette in her mouth and smoking under the void deck, while another man was seen with his motorcycle parked beside the stone table and using it as a chair.
He urged the group to go to a 24-hour coffee shop instead because he wants to sleep in peace, and warned that if they keep this up he will be getting the police involved.

Staying at block 552 Woodlands Drive 44 where there is a RC (edit: residents corner) is a nightmare, if only I can sleep.
Been noticing this group of people gathering always at late hours when the night is dead quiet. They are drinking, smoking, making a lot of noise by talking and laughing loudly, and even after shouting at them from my apartment, they continue to come back. Imagine sleeping and being woken up at 3am by them every other day. It’s painful.
Few days back, on 17th May, they actually gathered from 11pm and stayed throughout the night. 7am I went out for work, they still around! 8 hours… If I wasn’t the one affected, I would actually be impressed with their tenacity.
If you recognize them, if you are their friends or family, pls tell them to stop being a nuisance to the people living there. I don’t understand how people can continue to be a nuisance when they already know they’re affecting others. There are 24hr coffee shops, pls go there instead. Keep this up and calling police is the next logical step to go.
