
A 47 year old male Indian Nation will be charged for false travel declarations on Wednesday (May 13).

All individuals are to declare their travel history in the past 14 days and on each of these occasions, the man declared that he had not traveled abroad and thus allowed to enter the Supreme Court as he was attending a court trial. Prior to this, he had arrived in Singapore from the United States.
This meant that he falsely declared his travel history and he will be charged with providing false information to a public servant.
The man will be deported after serving his sentence and will be barred from re-entering Singapore.
