According to a post posted by SG Chinese Community, a man was caught stealing food on CCTV outside a restaurant at Yishun.

From the video, the man was seen loitering outside a restaurant looking at some food placed on a table outside the restaurant which is meant for food delivery.
The man even checked the receipt to see what is in the bag before he took it away.
